Shuichi's POV

I close my eyes, letting my vision blur. I feel like I'm falling, everything is dizzy.

Then it stops.
I'm sitting down in a chair. I feel heavy..

I want to open my eyes but they won't let me.
"Sh.i..hi.."
A fuzzy voice appears in my head.
I can't tell who's voice it is..

"Shui.hi-"
The voice sounds familiar...

"Shuichi..."
Kokichi?

"Shumai!"
Kokichi!

"Shumai please... please wake up! Don't leave me..."

Kokichi... I want to wake up.. I want to see you. But why can't I?

Kokichi's POV

I find myself waking up in a chair, devices attached to my head..
What's this?

I look around to see almost all my classmates waking up with the same devices and confusion.

"Hey everyone!"
I slowly turn my head to see.. Kaede?
Kaede....
And behind her...
Rantaro, Kiibo, Maki, and Kaito.

"Wait, lets get those off of you first!"
I watch as Kaede walks over to me and takes the devices off my head.

I stay silent, trying to process everything.
I can't really, as it all seems crazy. Everyone died. So why are we still here? I saw Rantaros dead body. Kaede being hung. Kaito's body blood ridden. Kiibo being crushed by execution. And Maki fall off the platform.
How is everyone still alive?

I watch as everyone else gets help.
But where's Shuichi.?

Then he catches my eye.
Shuichi.
But.. he hasn't woken up yet? I know I died, therefore I woke up here, but he hasn't woken up.
My legs wobble as I try to stand.
"Woah there Ouma, don't try to walk! You haven't for quite some time now."
Rantaro is quick at my side, but I ignore him.

"No.."
I seem to have caught just about everyone's attention. But I don't care. I need to get to Shuichi.

I stumble, almost falling at my face at some point.
But I reach Shuichi and fall onto my knees.

"Shuichi... wake up..."

No response.

"Shuichi...
Shuichi!"

"SHUMAI!"
I finally cry out, tears running down my face.
Everyone watched. They didn't know what to do, and neither did I.

"Shumai please... please wake up! Don't leave me..."

I felt a hand being placed on my shoulder.

"I think we should explain things right now, and then deal with this. Tsumugi isn't awake either."
I look up to see Rantaro.
Everyone else is watching too

"Okay.. but I'm not leaving Shumai."

Rantaro nodded.

"Okay... so from the beginning eh?"
Everyone stood around ready to hear this crazy story.

"In the beginning, Tsumugi Shirogane gathered participators for Danganronpa, and everyone here joined. On will.
But what you didn't know was that your memories would be erased, then thrown into the game not knowing what it is or that you agreed to it at all. Even with completely different personalities.

Then there came a death. I died. And when I did, I woke up here in the same situation. I had to find a way to get the device on my head off, and when I did, Kaede woke up. Next was Kaito, then Kiibo. Then Maki, and finally everyone else. Well, besides Shuichi and Tsumugi... In conclusion, this was all a Virtual Reality game."

"But the thing is... Kiibo can't remember anything about the game. We have told him a few things but since Monokuma took out his memory chip in game from his execution, he hasnt gotten his memories back."

Everyone took a moment to process this.

"So Tsumugi screwed with our memories... for some sort of game?! Like a Memory Game?!"
I yell out.

Rantaro sadly nodded.

"Then... what happened to Shuichi's memories? He never said..."

The Victims and Blackened looked at each other. Then back to Kokichi.

"That's the problem. We don't know."
