Jump scares

After we finished the room we decided to watch some Netflix.
We set up the living room.
We had it as dark as it could go, beanbags, pillows, blankets, the couches was the food area.
For snacks me and Charli made 10 bowels of popcorn, Avani and Dixie sorted out the drinks (yes we maybe had a bit of alcohol)
Addison and Payton got loads of sweets, everyone else just got whatever was in the kitchen and Tony made some Mac&cheese.

Payton: what are we watching?
He said as he flicked through some movies
Avani&Dixie&Chase: HORROR
Y/n: not happening
Charli: they're terrifying
Addison: Disney?
Y/n&Charli: YES

He joked as he pressed play

The girls looked at each other and started giggling

Technically Payton wasn't my boyfriend and I wasn't his girlfriend but that doesn't matter.

We were watching the movie when a jump scare came up.
Charli who was cuddling up to Avani jumped throwing popcorn everywhere, Dixie who was sat next to Addison let out a high pitched scream before bursting into laughter.
I jumped into Payton's arms and he wrapped them around me tighter every time.
Payton: it's okay
He would reassure me as he kissed my forehead.
How was lucky enough to end up with him?

*BANG*

Charli: uhhh... did anyone hear that?
Avani: what the hell was-

I snuggled into his arms further as he sat up to see what the noise was

*BANG*

Chase: okay whoever is playing... stop!
Thomas: funs over it's not funny anymore

*BANG*

This time the sound was at the window

Payton got up to have a look

He looked at me and saw I was near tears
He came over and comforted me
Alex: dude what the hell-

*BANG*

This time it was louder

Alex approached the window where the sound was coming from.
And then...

Bryce&Josh: BOO!

We all screamed and then let out a sigh of relief
We let them into the house...
Bryce: you should have seen ya'lls faces!
Josh: are you a bunch of pussys or some shit?
Y/n: fun fact, you're both dicks!
Charli: fun fact, you boys weren't invited here
Addison: fun fact, you boys can go back to the sway now
Dixie&Avani: hold up, where's Anthony and Griffin?

They both ran over to them and were engulfed into hugs
Y/n: so you came here for what reason?
I asked smugly
Bryce: rude much
Y/n: so is scaring the shit out of us! While we're watching a horror movie!
Josh: we didn't come here to fight, we wanted to see Payton
Everyone looked over at Payton
Bryce: dude you remember that girl you said you would smash? Well she wants to meet you.

Payton scratched his neck as he looked over at me.
I raised my eyebrows

He looked at me speechless

Payton: this was ages ago, I meant it as a joke
Y/n: so you'd smash people as a joke?

I walked over to the kitchen and poured myself a glass of water

Then I threw the water at him

He shouted at me as I walked off to my room

Then I slammed my bedroom door.

About 2 minutes after I left Charli came into my room

I panted as I flopped onto my bed

UGHHH I SOUND LIKE SUCH A MOM!!

Charli: bebe he's out there, he said he'll wait until you're ready to talk to him.

Charli: honestly he seems sorry, but that's up to you
Y/n: well tell him he can go smash that girl if he wants to.
Then I paused

I left my room and walked up to Payton

Then he kissed me

I looked at him with my eyebrows raised

Payton: no, plus this was when you were taking to that Mikey guy, I was jealous

I mocked him
Payton: verrry funny
He said as he picked me up and threw me into a beanbag.
He leaned over me and I got my fingers tangled in his hair as he laid another kiss on my lips.

Josh: hate to ruin your moment but I'm really hungry and Nessa's just landed and is meeting me in the mall, you guys coming?
Everyone: sure
Payton: I'll drive a car since I'm actually sober unlike most of you
Y/n: I'm sober
Payton: and can you drive?
Y/n: nOo
Payton: so I'll drive
Alex: here Payton take my car.
He said as he threw Payton the keys
