Joanne: you guys going somewhere? She asked as she took a sip from her coffee Y/n: mhm the beach, do you guys wanna come? I asked as I grabbed Timber's leash Y/n: it'd be a really cool thing for us all to do I said as I put loads of snacks in the bag Joanne: yes okay, give me a sec I'll go tell Faith to get ready. I smiled at her as she went upstairs. Perfect, a family day! Eek I'm so exited!
Payton: do we really have to? He asked as he came up behind me, plopping his bag on the kitchen counter Y/n: yes everyone's going, it'll be good to spend some time together, especially with your mom Pay, you guys hardly see each other anymore and you live in the same house. He sighed and started helping me get everything ready.
Y/n: do the dogs need anything? I asked as I loaded the first bag into the car. (We we're taking Faith's since Payton's was too small) Payton: pfft I don't know, food? He asked as he passed me the next bag Y/n: okay mr. grumpy we also need some chairs, towels and blankets.
Faith: me and mom will sit up front, can you guys sit at the back with Timber please, Quinn can sit by mom's feet. I nodded as I put the last things in the trunk, before climbing into the car. Payton passed me Timber and then slid in himself. Y/n: babe Timber's gonna have to have the middle seat. I told him. He rolled his eyes before moving to the window seat. Payton: so now I can't even sit with my girlfriend? He huffed as he opened up Tiktok. Y/n: babe it's literally an hour journey, you'll last. I giggled as I strapped myself in.

Payton: Y/n! He whined as he took the empty bottle back from me. Y/n: you're not drinking that I said as I closed my window. Y/n: just drink this I said as I passed him my coffee
He ended the live and we both fell asleep for the rest of the ride.

Y/n: Pay we need to help with the bags I said as he took me to where Jackson and a girl were sat.
Jackson: hey Payton, hey Y/n He said as he did a weird handshake with Payton. Y/n: omg hey Nadya! I said as I gave the girl a hug Nadya: heyyy, congrats on making it official and everything She said as we pulled away form the hug Y/n: awe thanks. Jackson: you girls coming for a swim or...? I looked at Nadya waiting to see what she'd say Y/n: I'm mean I'm down, how about you Nadya? Nadya: sure why not She said as she pulled her oversized shirt off, leaving her in a baby-blue bikini I pulled my laced jacket and shorts off, throwing my hair into a messy bun.
We all got into the water, Payton held my hands trying to get me to go a lil deeper. Y/n: Payton no, I can't touch the ground. I said as I treaded water, trying not to drown. Payton: hang on, get on my back He said as he turned around so I could get onto him.
After spending about half an hour in the water we got out and went back onto the beach. All the sudden I felt something hit my head. Y/n: ouch I whined as I turned around to see what it was Boy: I'm so sorry He chuckled as he retrieved his ball. Y/n: aha it's fine I giggled back The guy looked passed me and grimaced. I turned around to see Payton talking with some girls. Y/n: you know them? I asked Boy: sure I do, one's my sister and one's my girlfriend. He said through gritted teeth Y/n: well seems like they're all over my boyfriend I said as I rolled my eyes.
Me and the boy made our way over to where Payton and the girls were stood "talking" to my boyfriend as their eyes scanned his body. Overprotective girlfriend mode on. Frick you bitches!
Y/n: you okay baby? I said as I walked over to him, placing a kiss on his cheek. Girl#1: and you are? She asked all cockily Y/n: I mean I called him 'baby' and kissed his cheek. I'm his girlfriend. Payton: damn I didn't know it did that He said as he turned me around Y/n: well no ones taking my baby away from me. I giggled as I stood on my tippy toes, throwing my arms around his neck and giving his lips a quick kiss. Y/n: but like I promised we have to go spend some time with your mom and Faith. I replied as I pulled him over to where they were sat, leaving Jackson and Nadya to chill on their own.
