I giggled as I arched my back and looked over my shoulder to see what his hands were doing. Y/n: Nick that tickles I giggled and put my hand on his side of his face, slightly caressing his cheek. Nick: you're cute He chuckled as he moved his hand and stopped messing around. I looked down at our pile of clothes on the floor all screwed up. Y/n: we have to wear them today Was all I could think about Nick: you can wear my hoodie, your top is white so it'll be see-through from getting wet yesterday. He replied as he stretched. Y/n: we're not leaving yet, it's too cold As I said that he pulled me under the cover. Nick: warm enough? He asked as he placed a kiss on my forehead. Y/n: mhm I hummed back and we came back up from under the covers
Y/n: what are we going to do about yesterday? I asked, I wasn't too sure if anyone would be at the Hype House and who would be there if there was. Nick: we'll just go back, act like nothing happened. He replied and once again took me into his arms, his warmth radiating onto me. Nick: you okay baby? He asked as I started to drift off in his arms. Y/n: yes Hubs I said as I just laid there, engulfed by him. He looked down and questioned what I said Nick: Hubs? He asked, kinda confused about what I meant Y/n: yeah, cus you're my hubby I said as I looked up at him with an innocent smile plastered on my face, he just looked at me and chuckled before giving me a kiss. Nick: okay wifey He joked while he laid his head on mine as we both finally drifted back to sleep.

Me and Nick both darted up as we were ripped apart, I covered my naked body with the blanket and threw a pillow over to Nick as my dad tore him from the bed. Y/n: get out! I shouted as all a whole load of cameras came towards me. Payton: what the fuck! Y/n: I said... GET OUT! I shouted again but louder Reporter: is it true that you slept with Chase Hudson and had a thing that you called "Fuck buddies"? She asked as she stuck a big ass microphone in my face. Dad: why the hell are you naked Y/n?! What's the matter with you?! He shouted as he picked up my clothes and threw them at me. I quickly put them on and put Nick's hoodie over it. That's when the unthinkable happened.
Police: Y/n/l/n I am arresting you on suspension of assault, you do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something that you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Y/n: what the fuck! They grabbed hold of my arm to put some handcuffs on them which I obviously refused. Y/n: I can walk, you don't need the handcuffs. I said sassily as they gripped my arm and walked me out of the room.
Payton: oh shit Dad: Y/n! Tell me this is a joke! Mom: Y/n! Y/n: I fucking wish I could mom! Reporter: teenager arrested for assault?
We walked outside to the police car Police: watch your head Was all they said before pushing me into the back. FUCK ME (!)

Police: so Y/n you said you knew the girl. Is that right? Y/n: no comment. I replied smugly. My lawyer was sat next to me. Police: and you said you wouldn't call it assault. Is that true? Y/n: no comment. Police: Miss Y/l/n I would really advise you to speak up. Lawyer: my client has the right to remain silent as you say, don't be trying to twist it. Police: was it your intention to hurt Miss Yermin? Y/n: no comment. Police: I bet she really annoyed you, made you want to just slap her round the face, after all she did try and steal your boyfriend. Y/n: what's the point of asking all these questions when you know that I'm not going to answer them? I asked kinda quietly, but with a sly smile Police: because Miss Y/l/n. I know you're guilty. She replied back to me as she turned off the record. Police: for now you'll be released on bail, you'll be back here on the tenth of May twenty-twenty at six in the morning, if you fail to attend you will immediately be taken in and charged. Have a nice day Miss Y/l/n. She said as me and my lawyer left.
Y/n: ugh she's so smug, thinks she knows everything I said frustrated. Lawyer: I know, she's just trying to get under your skin. Don't let her. Have a good one Y/n and be careful Once she said that she left.
Nick: Y/n. Nick came in and I ran into his arms. Y/n: Oh boy I'm glad to see you I said as I hugged him for what felt like eternity. Nick: are you okay? What's happening? He asked and gave my forehead a kiss. Y/n: they've released me on bail. I said as I grasped his hand and we started walking. Nick: we'll be fine, I know we will. He reassured me.
After all the paparazzi following us we finally got back. We didn't talk to anyone and just went straight to my room and locked the door.
