Nobody's POV:
Several years ago there was an attack on a casino in California USA. Two villains, one blue and beastly and the other clad in red, escaped from the scene and stirred up a public panic.
The police and two heroes Electoplant, and Cow Lady tried to apprehend the criminals, but they lost in a battle of Quirks. The chaos threatens a family trapped in their car, but a young, yet unknown hero sends the villainous duo flying with a strong punch.
?:what the hell who the hell are you?
And the unknown hero just said he's a hero from Japan
The villains attack with a missile barrage that the hero easily dismisses. More interested in escaping than fighting, the two criminals quickly flee the scene. The hero loses track of them after taking too long to boast.
Another young man arrives at the scene at top speed using the Allmobile. Together, David Shield and Toshinori Yagi pursue the villains through town using a drone to track them through downtown LA.
It's not long before David is gaining on the villains. The red one fires missiles at them but the All-Mobile counters with a shield of bubbles that nullify the explosions. David is impatient because he and Toshi are going to be late for a lecture at school.
Toshinori kicks his abilities into high gear and soars high into the sky. The villains try to escape up the side of a skyscraper, but nothing prepares them for Toshinori's incredible power. Missles only manage to burn Toshinori's clothes away, revealing the hero costume hidden beneath. Toshinori finishes the battle in incredible fashion
Toshinori:now its time for a special nove and name this after your home town Dave
And Dave smiled while giving a thumbs up
Dave:go for it
And Toshinori yelled out
T:CALIFORNIA SMAAAAAAAAAAAASH
Cow Lady, Elec Plant, and other bystanders watch in amazement of a hero they don't recognize. David informs them that his name is All Might, and he will become the world's Symbol of Peace.
Toshinori was having that dream from his younger days but was awoken by Izuku
Izuku:jeez Allmight I had call out your name more than once
Toshinori:sorry about that
He said while scratching the back of his head
Izuku:anyways come look we're almost at I-island
Letting Toshinori see that he was right
Izuku decided to thank Toshinori for inviting him so early in the summer and Toshinori said to him when he became his successor the both of them were bonded to One For All meaning their connected thicker than blood while he was smiling at Izuku and Izuku nodded understanding
Izuku:its cool but this quirk is really a pain in the ass
Venom:how so?
Izuku:when I use it theirs the back lash even though you help heal me it's still a pain
Venom:well after this how about training it more
Izuku:yeah I'll do that
The plane lands at the I-islands airport and we see Toshinori shift into his muscle form while wearing his hero costume
Allmight:I have to maintain this form so they wont knkw my secret and did the people in UA allowed you to bring your hero costume
