11. Meet the Family

[Olivia's POV]

I know I should be in school but I've been skipping work a lot, so skipping one school day for today would be fine. Even if I'm a dropout, I can still pay enough to start again. I'm a vampire, restarting school a bunch of times is nothing new anymore. Cue roll my eyes at that part.

I was just finishing eating my breakfast but I twisted my head to look at the bulletin board hanging on a pillar of my flat. It was mostly filled with all the admirer notes I keep having, seriously who is this 'From the walled city' ???

A real place, a clue, secret code, it could've mean anything. But sadly I have no clue. I read a few others that made me smile recently today

Though it makes me smile and creeped out at the same time, the writer must be a hopeless romantic or something. My thoughts got interrupted with a buzz from my phone signaling a text.

Alice:Oli, I've seen a vision, Edward told Bella the truth about us, even yours too

Olivia:Thanks for the heads up Ali

Alice:Skipping for work?

Olivia:Unfair that you could see the future.

Alice:Well you better come to school tomorrow. I'll pick you up

Alice and I became close like good friends along with the others, especially Emmett who bugs me with texts calling me 'Momma bear' whatever that means, he said because I whooped his ass like a mother and that I'm strong. But I didn't really believe it wholly

The next day, as Alice promised she came by to my flat to pick me up. I let her into my flat as I checked my bag to see if everything I needed was there,

Glancing at Alice she was caressing the roses near my bulletin board. With all the notes I received from my admirer, the more roses I got too.

The pixie girl was about to read the notes on my board, widening my eyes I instantly put on my bag and dragged Alice away from it before she can skim it with her eyes

"We're gonna be late, let's go" I exclaimed pushing her out of my flat gently and I halted by the entrance to glance quickly at the newest note I received this morning

Silently hoping you'll end up with me. Have a good day today

Locking my flat, Alice attempts to ask me about the notes and flowers but I told her that it was just random and to never share this with the others. She promised pretending to invisibly zip her lip and threw the tip away. I giggled at that.

Reaching to our school, Alice parked the car beside Emmett's jeep. As soon as I stepped out, the buffed Cullen immediately lifted me and did a small twirl

"Morning momma bear!" Emmett exclaimed. I looked at the others for help, all I got were smirks and soft smiles.

"Down Shrek! Down!" I commanded playfully mad at Emmett. He settles my feet on the ground "Ok momma bear"

I swiftly put my arm around his nape and locks it to a headlock while doing a snuggie dog on his head. That's what he gets for messing with me.

Then we both recovered ourselves once we saw Edward and Bella exited from his own car and walked together to school getting a lot of attention.
