A/n: Skip on to where they finally laid Bella on a cot

[Third Person POV]

The ones who were left in the Cullen house was taken aback when Bella's rib suddenly cracked, and broken her knees when she dropped to the floor in pain. Edward managed to catch her head before it could happen in the same fate as her other bones did.

It was happening now

Edward carries her to the hospital bed in their house, placing her gently on it. Jasper took liberty in leading Edwin away from the scene, trapping themselves in his room though they could feel all the swarming emotions running around their family. But they had to step back for different reasons.

Rosalie, Jacob and Edward surrounding Bella's cot trying to do something to help her. Alice was on the phone calling Carlisle to tell him the news.

Edward ushers his sister "Rosalie, pass me the morphine" she obliged to his command worried for Bella and her baby's welfare.

"Carlisle said the placenta must have detached" Alice informs them after ending her short call with Carlisle

Edward gives Bella a morphine shot. Alice sees the pain in Bella's eyes, she trailed off on her next words

"The others are coming as fast as they can but....."

Rosalie counters "We'll have to do it"
She suddenly takes a scalpel to cut Bella's stomach open, but Edward stops her wrist

"Rose, let the morphine spread"

"There's no time. He's dying" she grits her teeth not taking her eyes off on Bella's stomach

Hearing her words, Bella exclaims "Get him out now!"

Edward sees the desperation in Bella, he lets go of Rosalie's wrist, Jacob then went near Bella in attempts to calm her

"Look at me, Bella" he cooed

Lowering the scalpel on her skin, Rosalie cuts her stomach open. The slice of skin can be heard, Bella screams loudly in anguish, Jacob had to twist his head away not able to look at the wound.

Rosalie stops and raised the scalpel in front of her view, the others noticed this as she got thirsty, the sight of blood distracted her. Her orbs turning to coal black.

"Rosalie don't!" Edward yelled

Abruptly Jacob leaps from the other side tackling Rosalie to the ground. Edward moves to where Jacob's place before

"Alice, get her out of here!" Edward orders.

Bella watches her blonde friend growling lowly being taken away by Alice.

"Rosalie! Ow!" she whimpered

Jacob stands up and went to the other side with Bella which is across Edward.
Bella continued to thrash and groan in agony.

"Save her! You've got to change her!" Jacob yells

"I can't, not whilst he's still in there. I got to get him out first" Edward shakes his head, debating in his mind on what to do.

Jacob turns to her "Stay Bella, stay focused. Keep your heart beating"

"No! He's suffocating" Bella exclaims

Suddenly Edward leans down and bites on her stomach, ripping the embryonic sac with his teeth. Crunching sounds can be heard, mixed with Bella's screams filled the house.

OWWW!!!

AGHHH!!!

ARGHH!

Time finally counted down slow, Bella's breathing slowed as she felt her burden had been lifted, she relaxes as Edward lifts his head up and wipes the fresh blood on his mouth and pulls the baby out.

Edward cradles the baby in his hands and observes shortly. He chuckles happily and turns the baby in an angle where Bella can see it clearly.

"It's Renesmee" he says

"You're beautiful" Bella whispers with a small smile present on her face.

Even Jacob had happy tears in his eyes, smiling down at Bella. Edward then gives the baby to her, she cradles it for a shortwhile 'cause the baby bites her. Bella slightly grimaced but she seemed alright with it. Yet it earned worried looks from the two males with her, Edward takes the baby back in his hands.

Jacob then took notice how Bella's smile turn to a plain face, her chest was not rising up and down anymore.

"Bella? Bella? Bella!"

No response, Jacob tries to give her CPR. Edward became afraid that he's too late. He comes closer

"Jacob, take the baby"

Only for the werewolf to flinch away in distaste "Keep that away from me!" and continues on with his CPR action.

Rosalie quietly enters the room with eyes normal and calm. "Edward, I'll take her. I promise I'm okay, let me" she assures him.

He slowly gives her the baby, letting her take it away from the room, and he rushed to Bella's side taking out a syringe from a drawer and injects Bella to the chest.

"What is that?" Jacob asks

"It's my venom"

After waiting for a few seconds, Bella was still stiff, confusing Edward that she should be at least reacting to it. So Edward gives her CPR.

"You're okay, come on, it's supposed to be working" he mutters

Jacob realizes "Oh my god" his eyes glazed on Bella's form, and back to her lifeless eyes. He turns to Edward who was still trying to save Bella,

With tears in his eyes, he starts "I won't kill you, that'd be too easy. You deserve to live with this"

In misery, Jacob leaves the room as Edward continues to give Bella CPR
Muttering words 'you're not dead'

Bella continues to be unresponsive. She looks dead on the inside, but deep down the venom is moving inside her body slowly. Jacob went outside sitting on the dirt and sobbed on his knees, slightly rocking his body back and forth.
Seth and Leah were watching him in a good distance away. They stare at their friend with sorrow. Not knowing that a certain wolf from Sam's pack was also watching from the bushes and saw this. One thing's for sure in all their minds

'Bella didn't make it'

Time for them to attack.
