Perrie
I hung up with Jade as I realized the game was over. I needed to go congratulate Alex and break up with him.
I wasn't good at breakups as the only person I truly broke up with was the girl I was chasing back.
I walked down to the field and saw him in a bad mood. They must've lost the game. I bit my lip knowing this wasn't a good time to break his heart.
"Hey Alex." I said to him softly. He turned around and smiled at me. "Hey. You want to catch dinner?" He asks me before leaning in for a kiss.
I hesitantly kiss him back and pull away. "Yeah. Dinner sounds lovely." I tell him with a pit in my stomach. I'm feeling instant guilt as I just confessed my feeling to my ex-wife.
"Great. I'll be by yours to pick you up in a few hours." He tells me before kissing my cheek. He runs off with his teammates. I call out to him and he immediately comes running back.
"Alex. We can't do this anymore." I tell him honestly. "What do you mean?" He asks me confused. "Alex. I have feelings for someone else. I'm so sorry." I confess to him.
He looks very upset and hurt by this. "I don't understand. How could you have feelings for someone else?" He asks me.
I bite my lip and say "I never got over Jade. Alex I'm so sorry." I feel extremely guilty for breaking his heart.
He doesn't say anything and just walks away from me.
I end up walking home from his game as I need time to process my thoughts about everything that just happened.
I take out my phone see a text from Jade. I smile a little bit and text her back. We text for a bit before she tells me goodnight.
I sigh wanting to reply to her, but I couldn't think of the right words. She thinks that it's late in the UK to which it is somewhat late.
I ended up making it back home to my flat rather quickly.
I walked inside and realized just how much I wanted Jade to be here with me. I'm honestly not sure why I never moved out of our shared flat. I could've easily gotten a new place by now.
I walked around the flat remembering all the good times that we had together. I couldn't take it anymore. I got on my phone and booked a flight to L.A for tomorrow morning.
"I just can't wait Jade." I whispered knowing damn well nobody could hear me. I smiled pleased with myself and realize that I have no idea where Jade lives in L.A.
I text Jesy to get her address to me as Jade would likely know what I was up too. I walked into my bedroom and began to pack a suitcase for my trip. I wasn't sure how long I was going to be there for.
After I was finished packing I realized just how late it was. I sighed realizing I likely wasn't going to get any sleep tonight.
I took out my phone and went onto my Instagram page and posted a photo. I captioned it 'can't sleep. too much on my mind'
Soon enough I got a call from Jade.
"What's on your mind?" She asks me as soon as I pick up.
"Are you stalking me now?" I giggle slightly hearing the concern in her voice. "No not stalking. Just happened to be on Instagram." She replies casually.
I shake my head and laugh knowing damn well she was stalking my profile.
"Anyway. What's on your mind Per?" She asks me once again. I debate about what to tell her. "Just this. Us." I tell her.
