..................................................................................................................................

A day of October, 2018.

Jimin was extremely nervous. His heart was beating so fast that it felt like it would burst out.

He constantly checked himself in mirror, worrying about things he himself found hazy to name.

Thankfully enough he had Hoseok, his younger sister, Mark and Jin by his side. Attending to all his needs.

The blonde honestly expected Jin to join Jungkook since they were cousins, no, brothers. Fair enough, Jimin was thankful to have Jin with him.

"Jimin trust me you look great. ", Jin said as gentle as he could be.

Right.

For context, Jimin and Jungkook were going to be married in a few minutes.
Arranged it was. By Jimin's father. The blonde took his time before saying yes.

Dates. Hugs. Fights. Apologies.

Love.

Jimin liked him since his early high school days. So did Jungkook, but love, it was something new. Scary to him.

Aryan's cry boomed across the wide room landing Jimin's soul back to reality.

The four month old of Jin and Namjoon made hearts of grown adults into puddle of goo the moment he was born. Jin rushed to his baby boy's aid, holding his tiny body in his embrace cooing at him. Jimin smiled. Maybe. Just maybe. Him and Jungkook would have a little one someday too.

"Alright, your hair is done. ", Mark clasped his hands with an excited squeal.

His 2 year old daughter Jia staring at them curiously.

"Have to say your hair looks perfect today Jimin Ah. ", Hoseok Commented eyes blown wide.

Mark smiled, proud of how he styled Jimin's blonde hair which had grown pretty long than he ever allowed it. Enough for a mullet.

"Alright! Time to go! ", Lia commanded dashing inside.

"Gentle! ", Jin clicked his tongue checking on his now sleeping son.

They finally started making their way to the hall at slow pace. For the sake of Jimin's sanity. It was a church actually. Pretty catholic and beautiful. It sure costed much but Jimin's father wasn't compromising on anything at his son's wedding.

Jimin, Jungkook and Mark were the only one's in their family that weren't married until now. Well, Mark was too stubborn to marry anyone after he got pregnant with Jia. He didn't tell anyone about her father but the others didn't force him and just stood by him like a pillar.

"Hyung- What if - what if I don't want to do this? ", Jimin questioned.

Jin stared at him, hiding the rising anxiety with a smile.

"The moment you walk down the aisle, you'll know whether what you are doing is right or wrong. You just feel it. ", He answered.

"Do you not want this? ", Lia asked peculiar much.

"No- I mean yes! It's just -I'm just nervous. ", Jimin sighed.

"If you feel like you don't want this, then Jimin right now is your chance to stop this. ", Jin said worried.

"I- I think I'll be okay Hyung. ", The blonde answered.

Jin took a deep breath, nodding in response.

Walking through the halls with his family by his side proved to be a distraction from the anxiety seeping through his body.

Did Jungkook really want this?

He's not being forced into this.

Is he?

No matter how many times he was assured that the arrangement is mutual, the questions still lingered inside him.

Maybe because he did not want Jungkook to resent him.

The corridor opened up into a vast space leading to the entrance of the hall where Jungkook was waiting for him. Jimin gulped. There stood his father. Impassive in his detailed black suit, tailored for the occasion.

Jimin wouldn't lie. He was curious of how his father would react to him getting married.

"We should probably head inside. ", Taeseok announced glancing at Jimin.

Stoic. Jimin expected a smile to the least.

The gigantic white doors open to reveal the people, dressed elegant to keep up their reputation. A few of his relatives. His family. Jimin's breath hitched.

Him.

The man he fell in love with during those winter holidays they spent together in high school.

"Appa. I'm afraid. ", Jimin whispered averting his gaze from his soon to be husband.

"What are you afraid of? ", Taeseok questioned turning his head to face his son.

The audience stood up as they walked past them. Staring a little too much.

"I- I don't know. I feel like my legs would give up and I would fall down. ", Jimin said perturbed.

"I won't let you, sweetheart. ", Taeseok's eyes shined.

Shined bright with tears.

Jimin found his eyes glued to his father's.

"Jungkook. He's a good man. Earns well enough to pamper you like I did. ", His father whispered back.

The blonde snorted yet there was this nostalgia that refused to leave the air.

"He promised to take care of you well when he asked me for your hand. I hope you know this Jimin. Appa would never compromise on anything if it is about you. ", He smiled in a first.

"Jungkook asked for my hand? -"

"Look at that fool. Where would I find someone who would cry for you like that? ", Taeseok laughed.

Jimin frowned, baffled when he caught Jungkook crying and he could not tell when. When his eyes watered and when his lips curled into the brightest smile he could muster.

Adoring coos echoed through the hall seeing the grown man cry because of his groom, looking absolutely stunning. Jungkook could see Jimin's wobbly lip caught between his teeth, smiling brightly with tears at the edge of his beautiful brown eyes.

All Jungkook focused on was Jimin. Taeseok gave Jimin's comparatively smaller hand into Jungkook's. He welcomed Jimin's touch with great happiness. Taeseok went and stood by his family.

Jimin nervously looked at Jungkook whose eyes were still stained of tears. He took the initiative to wipe them gently. Jungkook's heart burst at the kind and loving gesture.

"You look beautiful Jimin don't be nervous ", Jungkook whispered.

His jaw hurting from the everlasting smile on his face.

"Are you sure I'm the nervous one here? ", Jimin quirked a brow playfully.

The priest finally said the words that both Jimin and Jungkook were secretly waiting for after they exchanged their vows and rings.

"You may kiss now! "

Jimin chose to add a veil to his attire, matching with the his lace innershirt inside the dress shirt, along with the white suit.

The curly blonde looked down feeling unexpectedly shy and taken aback. The veil only making it more dramatic.

Jungkook's clamy hands lifted the veil up, eyes zeroed on the lush lips. Jimin raised his own eyes, expectantly.

Jungkook had promised him a kiss that would make him drop, respecting his wish to kiss only after the vows.

And and and,

If not for the pair of hands encircling his waist, Jimin would have probably dropped.

They pulled back gently. Jungkook opened his eyes, taking in every detail visible to him. The way Jimin shuddered, lips redder than they were. Matching the shade of his own ears.

It was beautiful. Something that belonged to him now.

"I-"

"I-"

They spoke at the same time, bursting into laughter.

"I love you. ", The blonde confessed finding the moment only fitting.

Jungkook's eyes almost popped out of their sockets hearing the least expecting words.

"I - I'm sorry but did I hear it right? You just said - I -"

"You heard it. I love you Bunny. ", Jimin answered dying to hear it back.

"I-"

Jungkook laughed airily, still caught in the moment. He imagined countless possibilities of the confession. Hearing it now was something he thought was least probable, left him baffled.

"Jimin - God! ", He chuckled in disbelief.

He pulled his husband into a tight hug feeling victorious and vulnerable.

"I love you Jimin Shi. ", He whispered back.

He pulled back to see Jimin break into the biggest smile he ever saw.

Taehyung captured the precious moments, locking them in his camera.

Taeseok sighed contently.

"Nevertheless, Jungkook and Taehyung were both selected by me. What could go wrong?", He snorted rather proud.

Yes. What could even go wrong?

Everything.
