Prompt - Describe an old room/place that you miss

Archaic walls and windows
surrounded the tiny space,
that once was home to me
that once was my reality;
covered with pale green patches
its walls spoke of memories,
of people who had lived
of people who had loved;
innumerable moments spent
in each other's companies,
those late nights of gossips
those early morning dew drips;
evenings full of frolic fun
where we danced in merry
to soulful tunes of friendship
to building bonds of kinship;
the marble terrace of beauty
reflecting the lush greenery,
saw hundreds of pretty dreams
hushed hundreds of mild screams;
the round table conferences
that stretched till midnight,
heard countless heated debates
told countless magical tales;
a safe solace for many
a second home for the rest
reminiscent of those golden days
reminiscent of our happy place.
