Wake up baby part 2

Vanessa pov

Once I got off the plane I asked Travis to come pick me up. 20 mins later he was there. I hopped in his all black escalade , as he put my luggage in the trunk .

"Hey Trav"

He kissed me cheek

"Hey Vanessa"

"So how's AUGUST "

"Uh not so well he could be better the doctors say his vital signs are very low, and he slipped into a coma "
Travis said pulling off

I covered my mouth as a reaction from being in shock . I started to silently cryin my hands and Travis would occasionally put a comforting hand on my back , reassuring he'll be fine. the car stopped I looked up we were in the back of the hospital. Travis pulled out his phone and texted somebody to come get the door for us . mama Sheila came down stairs and got the door for us I ran to her arms crying and all as we walked up the stairs I got butterflies. I walked into AUGUST room to see him hooked up to all these wires and machines one had his chest going up and down the others were working in blood . I covered my mouth once agian. I walked over to his bed side and just held his cold tatted hand. he was so cold , I just wanted to warm him up. I asked them can I have a minute with aug alone , they told me he's been in the coma for 3 days

"Hey baby "
I said rubbing small circles in his hand

"I miss you , andre misses you too"

"He's been kicking me non stop ever sense you've left , guess he's just a daddy's boy huh"
I chuckled at myself

"Baby I can't make it out here without you , I don't know what I'll tell andre when he asks where's daddy, I can't raise him on my own, I can't live without my lifeline right by my side , honestly I need you , I love you , your my soul mate , I know we've had our downs lately but I will always have a certain spot in ma heart fo AUGUST ALSINA , baby you have to wake up , wake up for me but if you can't do it for me wake up for Andre . Wake up baby , wake up. "

I kissed his cold soft lips before slouching down in my chair and crying

AUGUST Pov

I was in this room , it was white and bright as hell. wait am I dead , nah I can't be dead I got wayyyy to much to live for.

"Lil nigga calm down you not dead "

I remember that voice I turned around and ran to him , i don't give a fuck I hugged my brother , I haven't hugged him in like 3 years

" I must be dead cause ur here an ur dead"

"Nigga didn't I just tell you you wasn't. now look down this is you right now "

I looked down into the cloud damn I looked fucked up

"Look at Vanessa "

"Wait you know who Vanessa is "

"Nigga of course I know who she is im the one who sent her to u"
He said hitting me in the back of the head while laughing

"Why is she crying "

"Nigga your in a coma "

"Damn for how long "

"3 days"

"So I've been here for three days and you jut now coming to visit me why"

"Nigga cause you bout to wake up "

"Wait why am I up here "

"Well you have been grindin a lot but you need to know when to stop and take care of your self , your dehydrated , and you don't have enough sleep cause your body to shut down but that was only a small part of why I dragged to ass up here , it's becuz you've been treating Vanessa wrong , I sent her for YALL to be happy for you to get over me and be peace , but now it seems like all yall do is argue, I needed to let you know something you value the most can be taken just that quick "

This nigga think he God now

"Nigga you know I can hear you thoughts you not low"

We laughed

"Mel I wanna go back , but I want you to come with me "

"I can do one of those things and I think you know which one "

I sighed

"When you get back there you better cherish that girl , honor her , I mean motherfucking foot rubs every night . go tAke good care of my nephew , give my daughters an I love you and a big hug , tell mama i love her and pigeon toes she'll get the joke , and thanks to big t for keeping you safe , and to you aug keep hustlin for me and kep doin what you doin , don't ever let nobody tell you you can't l love you "

"I love you too "

"You know grandma up here too"

I shook my head

"Yas we bout to turn the fuck up I never knew she did weed"

I laughed at my nana

We hugged for the last time and then mel said some words and Boom I was back on earth.

"B-baby"
Damn my voice is raspy

She didn't hear me

So I took the bear by my side table and threw it at her

"Ow AUGUST what the - AUGUST !!!!"

She got up and kissed me and held my hand and hugged me

"Ow baby not to much your killin me "

"I'm sorry I can't believe your awake I'm gonna go get the others"

"No no wait "

She stopped and came back to me

"I heard everything you said and I'm sorry baby , I'm gonna do better ,in sorry for when I yell and we argue, it puts stress on you and the baby and that's not good speaking of which I heard the name you choose I luv it andre has a catch to it . I love you so much baby ."

"AUGGIE your gonna make me cry I love you too now I have to get the others "

She ran out the room soon everybody came in . they were clapping and cheering , crying , shit I shed a tear too. my mama came over too me first

"How you feelin baby"

"Better ma better"

"That's good we missed you "

"Ma it's only been 3 days "

"Boy 3 days is a while without yo goofy ass "

I chuckled at my mama

"O ma I talked to mel up there"

"Really what he say "

"He misses us and he told me to tell you he loves you and pigeon toes "

She started busting out laughed guess she got the joke

"Ma what's so funny"

"When your brother was little I bought him a pair of slippers for Christmas he loved them he wore them so much he made holes in them and his feet would stick out so I'd call him pigeon toes"

I laughed a bit

She kissed my forehead and then sat down
Big t came up

"How you feelin yungin'"

"I'm better you know , but mel told me to tell you thank you for keepin me safe"

"No sweat I gotta keep the mini mel safe"
He smiled

I laughed

And thought

Damn, it's good to be back
