"THAT'S NOT FAIR!"
You exclaimed after watching the hot tears stream down Peter's face, arms slapping down to your sides in exasperation.
His bottom lip trembled. "How? How is it not fair?"
There was a silence. Such a strong silence that you could hear the air conditioning rustle above you.
The two of you simply stared into each other's watery eyes until you managed to speak.
"Stark totally taught you how to fake cry!"
A boyish grin made its way to Peter's lips as he wiped his tear-stained cheeks. "Who ever said that?"
"No one had to say it. Do you know Tony Stark?" You rolled your eyes and plopped onto the couch behind you. "You suck."
"So do you." Peter whispered, staring straight into your eyes.
"Gross!" You threw a pillow at the boy, momentarily forgetting about his superhero reflexes. You narrowed your eyes at him when he caught it. "I'm wanna punch you."
