I tiptoe through the penthouse, my eyes darting to him every few seconds instinctively.
a smile stuck on my face.
He's really home.

"You have to let me out of your sight at some point." Lucifer points out, from the sofa.
I didn't even realize I was staring, my cheeks get hot and I look away quickly.
"Sorry," I reply, sheepishly

"Come here," He offers, I oblige
I make my way to the sofa nervously, sitting beside him awkwardly.

"I've missed you," He whispers into my hair, and he wraps his arm around me. I feel warm, complete.

"I thought you'd never come back." I whisper, he doesn't say anything
"I couldn't let you do that."

"I'm not going anywhere." He says, I smile.
He's finally here for good, and my brain is having trouble processing it.

"I need you to stay." I admit, quietly. He nods
"I need to stay, too." He says

"Lucifer you smell like smoke," I laugh

"I should probably go take a shower." He chuckles, I nod

"You're welcome to join me," he offers jokingly

"I'll get ready," I say lightly, nervous

"I didn't think you'd agree-" he stops, studying me
"Are you serious?"

"Yes," I giggle

The water is warm, running down my skin. As it hits Lucifer you can see the ash rinse down the drain.
I grab the soap and rub it on his chest,
he looks down at me surprised.

He puts a small amount of shampoo in my hair, massaging it gently.
I look up at him, slowly.

"You're so beautiful," He says, water falling off his hair

I reach up , wrapping my arms around his neck I kiss him hard.
"I love you, Lucifer." I admit again

"I love you too, Chloe." He says, he studies my face for a second before kissing me again.
The passion behind it makes me hot, the butterflies in my stomach start fluttering and I feel myself smiling.

I press my forehead against his chest, breathing heavily.
"God, Lucifer." I whisper

"Well that's a-" he starts

"Shut up," I laugh, as I reach up to kiss him again. "Just shut up,"
