Virgil shot awake to see everyone gathered around him. Damian and Patton were crying, Logan and Emile were writing something down, Roman and Remus had tears in their eyes, and Remy had his sunglasses off. "Oh God, what happened?" Virgil asked. Damian immediately wrapped his arms around the anxious boy, mumbling something like: "It's ok, you're safe now." "What the hell happened?" He asked again. "Virgil... Were you abused as a child?" Logan asked, with painfully obvious concern. Virgil's face went blank and it seemed like every happy memory he'd ever had just.. disappeared. His normally bright purple eyes went dull. "I still am." Damian held Virgil close to his chest and kissed down his face. "Virgil, would you like the authorities to get involved?" Logan asked. "NONONONO!! My dad would kill me!! That's not even an exaggeration!!" Virgil screamed. "We're here for you." Remy said. "Vee?" "Yeah, Dee?"
