Carters(Punisher) POV
"Chirp, Chirp," the birds start singing outside, it must be morning. I struggle to find my phone on my bed shelf in my darkroom. It took me a few seconds but I eventually found it. I had one text message from Himiko(Jam)
"Want to hop in ALO"
I stare at my wall to think for a few moments...why wouldn't I
"Yea, I'll meet you in there," I type her back
I then scuffle for my AmuSphere and when I find it, I put it on. I turn it on and I appear in our guildhall
"What to do..." I say out loud as someone else spawns in
"So what's on the agenda today?" I ask Jam who was the person who spawned in
"I got a notification from multiple guilds, they were asking us if we wanted to help them with a huge raid," Jam says
"Yea? What's in it for us?" I ask being a bit greedy
"They say they'll split the rewards and if it isn't to our liking they'll pay us some money," She continues
"Sounds like a good way for us to not only improve relations with other guilds but also it will improve our money coffins," I say nodding my head
"Anyway, they asked me to meet up with them, and I usually don't go alone," she says winking at me
"Of course, I'm your meat shield," I joke
"Yep, you are," she says walking over to me. When she reaches me, she grabs my chest armour and yanks it down so I'm level with her. To my surprise, she kisses me. We started secretly dating in real life a few months ago. We've kissed before, but Jam has never done it so assertively before.
"What's that for?" I ask as we break apart
"A thanks for agreeing to come with me," she smiles
"I didn't agree though," I say
"Both you and me, know that you'd be coming with me," she says confidently
"Guess your right," I say as we leave the guildhall to go where she is leading me.
We walk for a little while and head to floor 5. From there we proceed to walk in a very green and bushy forest. From there we stumble upon an opening riddled with guild leaders
"MindSwords here," Jam says walking out, the others look at her with lusty eyes, and turn back to normal when I'm seen with her.
"So, let's get this start, I can't be wasting much time," Jam says. In the short history, MindSwords has with ALO, we have a very good reputation as being a force to be reckoned with. Even without (U/N)'s unique ability, we were still very strong. With him back at full strength, we might as well be the strongest guild in the game.
"I thought we said to come alone," One of the players says
"You did? In the message, you said that the leader of our guild was supposed to come. Well, both me and Punisher are the leaders," Jam says
"Oh," one of the guy's snarls
"Anyway, let's get started I have things to do," Jam says to speed up the process. In reality, she has nothing better to do.
"U-um r-right," one of them says.
"Can the big guy step away, only one of you should know this," another says
"He either stays, or he goes and I leave," Jam counters their requests
"Ah, fuck it. Pin her down and kill him!" One of them yells as a sudden barrage of attackers come from the trees. I take my Longsword and start slashing them while Jam takes out her spear.
"Ah man, I was really looking forward to working with other guilds," Jam says disappointed.
"Yea, kind of a shame, but I don't think these guys are from different guilds," I say as we go back to back as we are surrounded
"Yea, I picked up on that too," Jam says readying her spear
"Any chance of back up?" I ask her
"No, unless (U/N) is bored and wants to see if we are making out," Jam jokes. I chuckle a bit because it's so true
"Haha, we warship that booty!" One of the goons says
"Huh," Jam says looking at my butt
"They are talking about you," I say laughing a bit
"Oh, should I call rape?" She asks me
"Maybe?" I reply
"Rape! Rape!" She yells as a server admin appears
"Haha bitches," Jam says with a sinister smirk
"What's going on here?" The admin asks
All the goons turn heel and run.
"(U/N) in the background, "run forest run!" "
"That was simple," I say
"Ya, thanks to the random admin," Jam thanks to the dude who appeared
"Um? Your welcome?" He says unsure
"Bye," he says as he disappears
"Ok so this was just a hoax," I say as we start to walk back
"I guess so," Jam says a tad disappointed
"Always next time," I tell her
"Yea, I guess so," she agrees
We walk back to the guildhall in silence
When we arrive, I realize we have nothing to do
"Got any ideas to keep the mind from going to sleep?" I ask Jam
"No, I guess we could go through Qweeps and Looky's room and take unnecessary things out. I've noticed some lag spikes when we are going into the guildhall and could be from all of their stuff." Jam brings up
"Yea, I've noticed it too, why not," I agree as we head to their room.
"God have mercy on us," I think as we enter
