Jughead's POV: age 16: OK... I'm just gonna go out and say it... I'm in love with my best friend, Betty Cooper-Smith. I can't tell her though. Why? Because no one as beautiful and sought after as her would want someone like me - a lonely weirdo. I sighed and got dressed into one of my iconic grey 's' t-shirts, my legondary leather serpent jacket, well I am the serpent Prince after all, I've got to dress accordingly, right; some black ripped jeans and my beanie, I mustn't forget it, cause I can't function without it.

This is his outfit. I walked downstairs to find Betty sat at the kitchen table with her mum, twin brother - Sweet-Pea - my older sister (Maxine) and my younger sister (Toni), laughing at something my dad had just said. "Morning everyone. What did I miss?" I asked as I walked over to kiss Betty, Toni, Max and Alice, who was practically my mum, on the cheek and hug them, my dad and Sweet-Pea . "Morning, Jug." They all said in unison. "Don't worry, Juggie, your dad was just telling us about your little sweet water river incident." Betty smiled at me sweetly while the rest of them laughed uncontrollably. I shook my head and glared at them. "Anyway... We best head off to school. Bye dad, bye Alice." Betty, Sweets, TT and max nodded reluctantly and waved bye to my dad and Alice. "Have fun, kids!" About 10 minutes later, all 5 of us reached school on our motorbikes - me and TT on mine, Sweets and Betts on his bike and Max on her own. As we were walking to our lockers, our principal - Mr Weatherbee - stopped us. "Ah Miss Cooper-Smith, Mr Jones, Miss Jones. As the heads of our school news and our school news reporters, I would like to ask you to give a tour to our new students." he said. "Hi, Veronica Lodge and this is my best friend, Archie Andrews. You must be Elizabeth Cooper-Smith, Forsythe Pendleton Jones and Maxine Jones. What are you names?" She asked Sweets and TT. "I'm Sweet-Pea, Betty's twin, and this is Toni, Jughead's younger sister." "Nice to meet you all." Archie said as he shook all our hands. Veronica had black perfectly curled hair that stopped just below her shoulder. She wore an eggplant purple coloured dress with a pearl necklace, a black Michael Kors bag and black strappy heels.

His t-shirt He was your typical varsity football player, like Reggie Mantel - my completely horrible bully. After we had shown them around the whole school, Veronica said "I really really like you guys, I'm kind of hoping that we can all be great friends soon." We all nodded, wondering if we all would really become friends and make history... The 'nerds and the serpents' becoming friends with the popular new kids. If only we knew in that moment, this was just the beginning of a much bigger, much more dangerous story, that we were all to be involved in.
