This is the last part of Rivals, I am so glad that people liked the last part!

~One month later: Your Pov~

This is it. Today is the day. I take a deep breath as I step out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around me. I had to shower to wake myself up, but it left me to my own thoughts (I couldn't listen to music since Cooper was sleeping), which made me anxious.

I go to my side of the closet and grab an outfit that I would be willing to wear out, which happened to be a hoodie and (optional: skinny) jeans, as well as undergarments. Then I went back into the bathroom to change, getting a strange feeling that someone was looking at me. I shrugged it off, though. I changed and styled my hair (optional: and did my makeup), before walking out of the bathroom.

And seeing a shirtless Cooper.

I go bright red and he starts laughing as he pulls the shirt over his head. "Well good morning, tomato face," he remarks with a smile, and I pout.

"Morning. Sorry that I wasn't expecting to open a door to find you shirtless, you dickhead," he just chuckles and shakes his head, giving me a hug.

"So today's the day, huh? Do you want me to go with you?" he asks above my head, and I sigh.

"I think it would be nice to have you there, yeah. Maybe stay outside, though. I doubt they will be pleased to see either of us." I pull back and look up at him, to which he nods.

"Alright. Let's get something to eat and head over, then," he opens the door, and we walk to the kitchen.

"Morning, sleepy heads," Charlie greets from the couch, and I smile.

"Morning, Charlie. Morning Schlatt!" I wave to the boy at the counter top eating cereal. He smiles and waves, not daring to talk with cereal in his mouth. I giggle.

"If you guys want cereal, the box is already out and the milk is fine," Schlatt gestures to said box and milk, so we grab bowls and spoons and serve ourselves some cereal. Heading over to two seats at the counter that faces everyone in the room, we all sit in a comfortable silence.

"You sure you don't want us to go with you, Y/n?" Ted questions as he walks in, and I swallow before I respond.

"I'm bringing Cooper, but I don't think bringing the whole gang would be the wisest decision," I say, and they all nod in understanding. I check the clock on the microwave and see it's already 11. I chew on my lip, a nervous habit, and reread the text exchange between me and Jay. I'd been in contact with him and he's been really helpful with getting me some of the things I really needed in the month I've been gone. I'd also told him last night that I was coming to the house to grab the rest of my belongings and move out for good. He told me he understood and that I could head over at 11:15 to grab everything. Travis and I had gone to the store last night and bought boxes and tape in preparation, and Carson said he'd drive us since he was the only one with a car with the space to hold that many boxes.

"You almost ready?" Carson asks, as if on cue, spinning his key around his finger. I look at Cooper and he sends me a reassuring smile. I nod and get up to put my bowl in the sink, then I put on my shoes.

"Yeah. I'm ready," I say, and he smiles.

"Let's get going, then."

I had to tell him how to get to the house since, just as I'd never been on their side of town, they'd never been to mine. When we pulled up in front of my old house, my anxiety flew through the roof. A hand covers mine and I look up to see Cooper looking intently at me.

"You can do this," he says, and I take a deep breath and nod. We get out and the boys grab some boxes while I went up to knock on the door. I decide to use the Misfits signature knock, and as soon as I did so, I heard footsteps fly towards the door. It swings open to reveal Mason, and he has the biggest grin on his face.
