chapter 3: something's not right

Heyyy sorry for my lack of writing I'm gonna try to write as much my hands can handle but with burning my hand and constantly doin art it's pretty difficult also wanted to try something different with my writing format so lemme know if you like this more then the previous chapters

Tango decided pick up ,grian whom looked even more grey and had black stuff running down his mouth and slightly agitated

"let's go guys, before rusty gets worse"

tango said with a worried tone, the others gave him a funny look at the nickname not really questioning, before nodding and heading to xisumas base.

"Yo x ya here" doc yelled,

after a long pause and a thump as xisuma comes out what seems to be pajama pants and a hoodie, slightly agitated

"you guys could have came when I wasn't trying to rest,"
he held his head In pain mumbling about something before looking up at the five,

"so what is it you guys nee- what the hell happened to grian!!!" xisuma yelled nearly snapping at doc ,Doc cleared his throat, and gave a nervous laugh

"well uhh about that, you see me and grian... got into a bit of a well fight and We uh fused..and we but as of person came to mumbo with intentions to throw potatoes in his redstone, which seemed strange but that's not the point, mumbo flipped out and such then I got the idea to build a machine,he did tirelessly work and shoved me and him that was one person in the machine and separate us, but it was extremely painful, and caused a loud boo-"

before he could finish x cuts him off, rubbing his temples exposing the grey colored skin on his forearm, before quickly hiding it earning looks of concern,before speaking"

so your saying you two fused, that's Impossible I mean mabye it's a delusion doc you have been working in a lab with chemicals"

he laughed a errie yet sly laugh, something didn't seem right about him, that's when ren speaks up

"yo man not to like interrupt but grian is got something seriously wrong with him and some shazz"

"Well I say just get him some rest and he will be better in the morning!"

the four stare at each other questioning why xisumas acting so strange, before nodding bringing grian to docs lab, and laying him in his bed to rest.

"Something's not right did you see x has got the same type of grey as grian..." Mumbo says as he flopped in a recliner in the living area of the lab,
Ren and tango nodded in agreement playing checkers, doc was pacing, while mumbling,

"X seemed off..."

"Yea and....what about grian! You seem to mysteriously forgotten his condition or are you too boneheaded" Mumbo sneered through his clenched teeth more worried about grian then why x was acting odd.

Doc jumped suprised that mumbo, snapped at him, he was normally chill that's when a loud crash was heard from grians room which alerted the others, in the room

"I...I'll go check on him" Ren says slowly getting up and heading to grians room,

the sound of rens footsteps lingered and the sound of a door creeping open, there was a long pause followed with a agonizing yet pretty pained scream

"AHHHH!!!!!"

The scream it was rens... Everyone quickly bolted up running to grians room, Low in behold the sight was unbearable, and lied Ren dead...... On the floor with a sword Through his chest, the room was pitch black but a
Gut churning chuckle was heard in front of them out of sight.

" I see.... you came to his pained scream it's a shame though that he's dead.... His floppy ears and that terrorfied face he made as he was met with his demise, don't worry he's gonna do just fine... Being a greyskin..."

Grian really didn't seem himself, as doc flicked on the light grian ducked behind the bed before jumping out the bedroom window,

"GRIAN KILLED REN!!!!!"

Mumbo started flipping out, tango smacked him across the face.

"SNAP OUT OF IT MUMBO!!!"

Mumbo slowly calmed down dropping to his knees next to rens body

"This is must be some horrid nightmare or something!!, I..it can't be real I won't believe that this is real, grian would never do such thing"

Thats when iskall ran in, before stopping dead in his tracks not being able to believe what he was seeing, for some reason he wore a dragon costume,

"What happened here..!! I heard someone scream followed by grians hightailing it out of the three story window and running towards X's base"

The three looked away before pointing at Ren, iskall gasped.

"Oh no..... Me and impulse had to lock up zed... He didn't seem right and attacked impulse..... He looked grey almost everyone I've saw had a star on their chest"

Doc nodded and gave a uncomfortable, smile.

"Yes they well.... Fuse people.... If colliding with people but I'm still researching this wait....... If grian and Zed's acting agressive, x had grey on him....xisuma has this too..."

The guys didn't have a good feeling about any of this that's when they realized, with grian starting to kill hermits he needed to be stopped and cured but how...
