Hanahaki disease pt3

It was now lunch and everyone was together in the room, even Ishimaru and Kazuichi were able to make it. "Taka! There you are!" Ishimaru jumped when he heard the voice of Mondo Owada behind him, Taka turned around and saw Mondo with Chihiro and Leon, all three sat down by Ishimaru, "Where have you been Dude?" Leon asked. "I was only at my student council meeting" Ishi said, "But isn't that only in the beginning of the day? Where were you after the meeting?" Mondo asked. "I was...in class.." Ishi said which wasn't a lie. "I didn't see you in math though!" Leon pointed out, it was one of the classes Ishimaru shared with Leon, "I was..helping a student out" He said. "Who was it?" Leon asked, "I cannot tell you, apologizes Leon" Ishimaru said and continued eating. Everyone else shrugged it off and ate with him, Ishimaru saw how close Mondo was sitting next to him, what should've been a happy moment was quickly turned into a scary moment for Taka. What if I start coughing? What excuse would I have to make for that? Ishimaru thought, he was then quickly brought out of his thoughts by a hand shaking his shoulder, "Taka? You alright?" Mondo asked with a hint of concern in his voice. "Of course Kyoudai!" He said cheerfully, "Well, is that the truth? I mean the call this mor-" "I have nothing more to say on the matter and neither should you." Ishimaru quickly cut Mondo off and continued eating. "Are you sick or somethin'? I could help" Mondo said, "I appreciated your concern but I really am fine" Ishimaru said without even looking at him. Mondo knew Ishimaru well, well enough to know whenever he lies. He crossed his arms to say more but the bell telling everyone that lunch is over started ringing. Crowds of people stood up to throw their food away, of course, Ishimaru was in that crowd and Mondo knew that he wouldn't see him until later. He sighed, "Is..Is something wrong?" Chihiro asked, "I shouldn't be the one asked that.." he said and turned to Chihiro and Leon, "Something is up with him..I just know it! He never acts like that! I think he's sick with some sort of cold.." Mondo said, "Did he show any symptoms of anything?" Chihiro asked. "I mean...coughing?.." Mondo shrugged, Chihiro sighed, "We can look it up" He said and pulled out his laptop and set it on the table, "Woah" Leon said with excitement in his eyes. Chihiro opened the laptop and immediately was met with his own face, "Good morning Master! Is there anything I can do for you?" Alter Ego asked, Chihiro started to quickly type a response. "Any sickness with symptoms of coughing? Sure thing!" Alter Ego said and disappeared, then all three of them were met with list of stuff that could potentially be what Ishimaru is suffering from. Chihiro scrolled through until one caught Mondo's eye, "Hanahaki disease? Sounds like something that would just come up in some anime" He said, Chihiro clicked on it and read about it. "You throw up flowers? That's sorta dumb" Leon said and crossed his arms, "It's already killed a lot of people..people who aren't too far from here. Could is be possible that Ishimaru has this?" Chihiro asked and looked up at Mondo. "Nah, I've never seen him throw up flower petals" Mondo said. "Flower pedals?" They heard a voice say from behind them. In fear of it being a teacher Leon and Chihiro didn't turn around which led Mondo to turn around to see it wasn't a teacher at all. It was one of the kids from a grade lower, Gundham Tanaka. Leon turned around, "Jeez Gundham! Don't scare us like that" Leon said and laughed. "The goddess of learning has sent me to find you Leon sense everyone knew you were here at school but you did not show up for attendance" Gundham said, "I-It's class time already?!" Chihiro asked, shocked that time flew by so fast. "Yes. Now about the flower pedals.." Gundham said and sat down at the table with them. "Oh! We were just searching up some sickness sense we have suspicions that our friend Ishimaru isn't feeling too well" Chihiro said. "Yeah they have been stuck on this flower pedal thing for awhile now" Leon said, "Sounds intriguing.." Gundham said. He quickly remembered Kazuichi at the beginning of the day and pulled out the flower pedal in his pocket, "Flower pedals like this?" He asked, he was really hoping for the answer 'No'. Chihiro did some more research and then nods, "Yeah..j-just like that.." He said. Gundham sighed. "Maybe it's just a normal flower pedal?" Mondo suggested and Leon nods. "Hm..Gundham, do you know where it came from?" Chihiro asked Gundham. "I don't quite know exactly.." he said, "Where did you find it?" Chihiro asked and Gundham started to think about it, "Hmm..In the hall while I was talking to someone" He said. "Did that person notice it?" Chihiro asked and Gundham shook his head. "He was angered by something and stormed off" He said. "Who is it?" Leon asked plainly, "Kazuichi Souda" Gundham said, "Kazuichi Souda? The mechanic in the same grade as you?" Mondo asked and Gundham nods, "Yes, I don't know any other Kazuichi Souda's around here" Gundham said. "Does Kazuichi seem to cough a lot?" Chihiro asked while looking at his laptop like he was just reading off of his laptop. "Now that you mention it, he seemed it cough quite harshly this morning" Gundham said, "Hm...are you trying to say that Kazuichi has this so called disease?" Gundham asked with an annoyed look on his face, "No...it's just he shows symptoms..." Chihiro said, he looked at the time and gasped a little. He quickly closed the laptop and put it in his bag, "I'm so sorry guys but I really shouldn't miss any more class time! W-We can talk about it at lunch tomorrow!" He said and quickly left. Mondo sighed, "Is rather not go to class, and if I see Ishimaru then I'll talk to him in the the halls, but I should get going" Mondo said and waved goodbye before leaving. Leon stood up, "Well, we should get to class!" He said and walked out, Gundham stood up but he couldn't think straight..Could the pink haired mortal actually have that disease?..Impossible he thought and walked with Leon to their class
