I woke up feeling sick, not dead sick but sick enough to make me get out of the bed sooner than I expected. It was about 10 am and I was still a bit sleepy and tired. Instead of tossing around the bed and waking up James, I went to the living room and grabbed a bottle of water. I stood by the window watching the rush out on the street and sipping on my water, usually it made me feel better.

The street was already packed with people walking up and down and intense traffic. There was a police man guiding the traffic with those funny hats of them. I smiled; those hats always made me giggle for some strange reason. I began to feel better, but my eyes were still heavy. It was true that I was tired from last night but being pregnant made me lazy and sleepy all the time. I still wanted to go to Sweden, but I was not sure I was going to work with that state of lazy spirit. I heard one of the doors of the bedrooms opening and for a second I thought that James was up but when I looked back I saw Marcella coming in the living room in her pajama rubbing her eyes.

"What are you doing up?" I asked her and she walked up to me and clutched herself against my legs surrounding them with her little arms.

"I had a bad dream." She complained.

"Aww...come here." I said taking her hand and pulling her with me to the couch sitting her on my lap. She snuggled against me. "Feeling better now?" I smiled she just nodded. "Wanna sleep a bit more?" I asked as I sure wanted to do so.

"I want to stay here with you." She said.

"Ok..." I laid on the couch and she laid with her tiny body against mine.

I pulled a cover up to us and we remained there. I wasn't counting on falling asleep, but I eventually did and so did she. I struggled to open my eyes when I felt a hand shaking me gently,

"Ade..." James whispered.

I rubbed my eyes countless times and then kept my hand covering them until I was finally able to keep them open to bear with the sunlight in the living room. I found James standing, smiling at me, and already dressed.

"What time is it?" I asked with a sleepy voice.

"One o' clock. We better get lunch and then we have to go to the venue again. Why are you sleeping here with her?" He pointed.

I looked at Marcella still sleeping peacefully by my side.

"I woke up feeling a bit sick, so I came here to have some water. I was coming back to bed, but she appeared saying she had a bad dream and wanted to stay here with me. I was still sleepy so we both fell asleep." I got up gently to let her sleep a bit more.

James caressed my cheek and I closed my eyes feeling his touch.

"I thought you were out or something." He said then he rubbed his nose on mine and kissed the tip. "I still haven't forgotten our deal." He whispered making me smile.

"And you expect to do that now?" I smiled. He shook his head.

"No... go get dressed. We need to get going otherwise we'll have to have lunch in a hurry, and I don't want that. I want to sit relaxed and talk to you and have some time with my daughter." Then saying the word daughter made him remember I was expecting a baby. "And how's the little fellow?" He asked rubbing my belly.

"I think everything is fine." I said.

James looked me in the eye, grabbed my hand and pulled me against his body. I held my breath for a moment and then he bent his head over mine and captured my lips for a kiss leaving my body craving for more. I walked away as soon as he let me go and then I heard him calling Marcella softly.
