Changing

Wally and Robin were walking back when Artemis super speeded past them. Artemis came to a halt and ran back to wally and Robin.
"Robin!" Arty yelled running to Robin giving him a hug.
"Oh what I don't get a hug!" Wally said.
"Shut up baywatch!" Artemis yelled at wally with a little smirk.
"Well I'm going to go back to Mount Justice, if you to love birds want to stay here that's fine." Robin said back to them.
"Love birds?!" Artemis yelled. "never!" As she ran back to her bike wally realized that he actually did like her.

When they got back to Mount Justice, it was a wreck.
"What happened here?" Wally asked.
"No idea I've been gone." Robin replied looking down at the ground.
Wally walked around the floor hearing the crackling of the glass on the floor. Robin walked up to wally and taped him on the shoulder.
"Uh Wally you might not like this." he said as he flipped his watch up and plugged something in that looked similar to Artemis' arrow.
A video popped up with Artemis, m'gann, and kaldur all tied up in chairs and all unconscious.
"Artemis!" Wally yelled.
In the video Dr.light walked in front of the camera and said, "return my gem in a 3hrs or these three will die!"
"No!" Wally and Robin said at the same time.
Then the video ended with Artemis mumbling Wally.
"Did she.. did she just.. say my name?!" Wally looked at Robin.
"She said my name!!" Wally yelled jumping up and throwing a fist in the air.
Wally turned around and found dick smirking.
"What?!" Wally asked
"Oh nothing.." Robin replied still smirking.
Robin walked away trying to find evidence on where they where.

Robin walked into his room and slowly fell to the ground burying his face in his knees.
She likes Wally Robin thought to himself.
FLASHBACK
Richard walked up to Gotham Academy. He looked over to his left and saw a blond haired girl looking a little confused.
Dick laughed to himself and pulled out his phone. Dick crept behind the girl and said " We'll laugh about this someday." And took the picture. Then he walked away.
END OF FLASHBACK
Robin pulled out his watch and pulled up the picture of Dick and Artemis at Gotham Academy. Robin sat up and walked to his desk. On his desk there was a small trophy that he won at Gotham Academy. He pulled the trophy down and a secret room appeared out of his wall. Robin walked in as the wall shut its self. inside there was a small training room just for him and a small case with a suit that was black, gray, and had a blue bird shape in the middle. Next to the case was his utility belt and two bars that could connect to make a bow staff. Robin unlocked the case and pulled out the costume. He held the costume in his hands and whispered "Nightwing." As a tear fell down from his eye from thinking of how Robin was Artemis' friend. Robin pulled his costume off and changed into Nightwing's costume. As he walked out Robin placed his old suit on his bed with a picture of him and Artemis on top of the suit. Robin, now Nightwing, turned around and looked at his room one last time before he left his past behind.

Wally turned around to see robin in a new costume.
"Woah rob what's that?" He asked.
"It's nightwing now." He replied.
"Oh well then nightwing, do you want to find any clues to find Artemis and the others or no?" Wally asked him.
"Um ya." he said looking a little underwhelmed.
