WHAT A LIAR! I just wish my mother isn't getting too attached. My brother seemed to be enjoying his company as well.

"Where did you find this guy?" Mother whispered.

"He won't last long"

"I don't think you can turn this down easily, darling." Mother said smiling "He seem persistent"

You have no idea.

My mother smiled all night with all the customers coming in and Sehun serving them. I looked over my shoulder to see him serving an old lady.

"This is all I have." I saw the old lady hands him coins. "What can I get for this?"

I watched Sehun gave her a smile and went to the counter to placed the old lady's order. "What did she order?"

"Give the old lady what she want."

"Huh?"

"I will pay for it"

Sehun soon returned to the table with his tray filled with meat, rice and side dishes. The old lady looks pleased and sad at the same time. "Thank you"

"Eat as much as you want and take some home." She placed her hands on his palm.

"The girl you're pursuing must be really luck to have you"

"If only she knew that" Sehun gave shift to mine and I gave the old lady a soft smile. Get a grip Sejeong.

He will break your heart.

Just like what Dad did to Mother.

The shop closed on time, my mother offered Sehun to stay and have dinner with us. He agreed. My brother set up another plate and utensils for Sehun as he took the spot next to me.

"I saw you earlier with the old lady" Mother said "You seemed fond to her"

"I grew up with my grandparents and now that they're much older I learned to take care of them just like they used to with me" Sehun answered.

Grandparents?  Where is his parents? or maybe a sibling? I shake my head to get rid of my thoughts and continued eating silently.

"Do you like my sister?" I cough. While Sehun smiled at my brother. My mother seemed to be enjoying all of this.

"I do"

"Really? I mean her?"  I smacked his head lightly.

"What's wrong with your sister? She's smart and charming." Mother defended me.

"She also has a fist of man and a temper of an old lady. Hyung think about it"

"Actually I find her unique in that way. Sejeong seemed to express herself in ways that not many other girls do that's what got my attention" Wow this guy really nailed acting class to be this good at lying.

Mother watched Sehun with fascination like he's some kind of actor in drama and my brother looking at him with so much admiration in his eyes.

"I like him already"

"Answer him already, sis"

"No need to rush her, I am more than willing to wait for Sejeong"

You can wait and rot in hell.

"I hope you last long" I said.

The night ended with Me and Sehun walking towards his car. None of us are talking or doing anything. Awkwardness is something I am familiar with.  "Your family is nice."

"They're alright"

He chuckled. 

"Not everyone is lucky like you" I notice his eyes looks hopeless, filled with sadness. Sehun smiled at me. 

"Thank you" 

"I should be thanking you"  He said.

I frowned. 

"Why is that?"

"I never work so hard in my entire life and experience a dinner like that." I smiled at him, Sehun soon drifted away. I stood there, smiling. 

Maybe he isn't so bad. 

Just maybe.
