Sasori x Reader

From a young age, you always had a love for puppets and the stories it has said by the puppeteer. You are particularly fan of a famous puppeteer name Sasori, The Red Sand.

You have always dream of meeting him but it was hard since he was always travelling. Besides, even if he is in town, you couldn't afford to see his show.

Your family is poor and thus you were often bullied. Your father was a hopeless gamble addict while your mother worked to her death.

Your older sister the left home in order to support the family and it has been 5 years but she hasn't return and you got worried each day.

Meanwhile, you had to endure these 5 years of bullying from the town's kids and also domestic violence from your father.

One day late at night, you decided to sneak out and get some fresh air at town. Because night time is when you find the most peaceful.

You walk around town until you sat by the fountain. You sighed and look up into the night sky.

"Nee-san... Please come back" You silently cried.

"Why're you so sad?" An unfamiliar voice questions.

You look in front of you and gasp. The man smiles gently at you. He was none other than Sasori, your idol.

"Y-You are-"

"Shh! I can't have anyone knowing I'm here yet" He says with a wink and you nodded.

"So, why're you here alone? It's dangerous" He says.

"I just needed some fresh air" You mumbled.

"Hmm... Is something troubling you? Talk to me if you like. Treat me like a diary" says Sasori.

You hesitated but eventually told him what has been going on in your life. Not once had Sasori interrupted which you were grateful.

After telling you troubles to Sasori, he assures you that everything will be fine and he recommended you to go to his hometown, Sunagakure.

Later you made your decision. You left home and travelled to Sunagakure. When you arrive, you were ambushed by the locals.

"W-Wait! I-I don't want to fight you!" You exclaimed.

"Chotto. What're you doing attacking an unarmed girl?! So much for being Shinobis" says an old woman.

"My dear, who are you and why are you here?" She ask.

"I'm Y/N and... I met Sasori-sama and he told me to come here and look for a woman name Chiyo-sama" You said.

"I see, so you met my grandson. Come with me then my child" says the old lady and you realized that she is Chiyo, Sasori's grandmother.

Chiyo-baa-sama has been really nice to you and same goes for the locals. You befriended almost everyone, including Temari, Kankuro and Gaara.

Some years past but never once had Sasori returned home. These years, you had been training to become a shinobi.

One day, you decided to leave Sunagakure and search for Sasori. While travelling, you had heard of a certain group known as Akatsuki.

You heard that if they are paid for it, they would do practically anything at all. Chiyo did warn you to be careful though.

You arrive at a certain town and was doing some sight seeing when you accidentally bump into someone.

"Gah! I-I'm sorry!" You exclaimed.

"What the f- Y/N?!" Your eyes widen as you slowly look up to meet the eyes of your father.

Your body shaked with fear as the memories came back to you and you take some steps behind.

"T-Tou-san-"

"Where the hell have you been bitvh?!" He yells and drags you to corner.

He then started yelling at you and began hitting you. Like in the past. You curse yourself for being weak despite learning some Ninjutsu.

"You might as well die like your useless mother!" He yells and your eyes widen.

Something inside of you had snapped. Your father was about to punch you again when you grab his wrist and glared at him.

"Whatcha glarin' at huh?!"

"Don't. Talk. About. Mum like that!" You yelled and yank your father's wrist away.

"This bitvh-"

"Whoever is the useless one is you! You became such a gamble addict that Mum worked hard to death and Nee-san hasn't returned since!" You yelled.

"I don't give a shit!" He yells back.

You clench your fist tight and glare at him.

"You are not worth to be call a father" You said and was about to walk away when you felt a presenfe behind you.

You turn around and your eyes widen when a familiar figure appear in front of you. You couldn't believe your eyes.

"Sa... Sasori-sama?!"

Sasori groans as he collapse. You panicked and noticed a dagger piercing through him and your eyes brimmed with tears.

"I'm sorry Sasori-sama!" You cried.

"I'll be fine" Sasori assures.

You wipe away your tears and glared at your father.

"You might as well be gone out of my sight. I never want to see you again!" You yelled and used your Teleportation Jutsu to get away from your father, bringing Sasori with you.

"I'm really sorry Sasori-sama" You aooligized again.

"I said not to worry. You just didn't notice that's all" says Sasori.

"But-"

"Sasori my man! What happened to you? And who's this pipsqueak?" A man with yellow hair ask.

You noticed that he was wearing the same kind of outfit as Sasori.

"Deidara, mind your words. This girl, is important to me" says Sasori and your eyes widen.

"Eh? S-Sasori-sama, I-"

"Shh. No more words" says Sasori and you nodded.

"Grr... Anyways Sasori my man! It's time for us to go" says the man name Deidara.

"Are you going somewhere Sasori-sama?" You ask.

"Yeah. You probably have heard of Akatsuki haven't you?" Sasori ask and you nodded.

"I'm part of that Akatsuki now. Y/N, stay safe alright?" Sasori says.

"Sasori-sama..."

Sasori smiles and leaves after giving you a forehead kiss. You blush but eventually you left the town and continued travelling around the world, like Sasori.

"Sasori-sama... I'll be waiting"
