For four days straight Taehyung has been the busiest he's ever been. He's had to oversee operations and aid with a new diagnosis every day, almost finding it hard to keep up with everything. He was forced to stay a couple of nights, only getting one or two hours of sleep in a spare room every now and again before having to be back to his serious and prepared self.
It was hard work but he was used to it. As much as he wanted to go home to his city house and sleep until the sun comes up, saving and improving lives wasn't only his job, but it was his passion. His purpose. The only issue with being this busy is he had no time to check on Jungkook. Not once was he not preoccupied with a new emergency, and hadn't even had the chance to check with the nurses on how he was doing.
Until it was too late.
