Two days after Jungkook's emergency operation, and although the boy was yet to wake up, he had a steady and healthy heartbeat. Taehyung was distressed with the whole ordeal, having been forced to take a couple of days off work to rest as they couldn't have a surgeon or doctor who was mentally compromised. But Taehyung didn't want to leave the hospital; he couldn't leave Jungkook.
That gave Taehyung the chance to ensure that either him, Jimin, or just someone was there with Jungkook at all times. To be there for him when he wakes up.
