I was stunned in my position for a few minutes, I blinked twice so my mind and soul will be back and function again to their purposes.

"I'm so jealous" He repeated.

"We're just friends! My gosh!" I defended my self.

Wait? Why am I even defending my self? E hindi nga kami.

"And besides, wala namang namamagitan satin and I'm so free na magkaroon ng fling or what so ever right?" I said snappy.

Suminghal siya and his jaw moved. "Sabagay" Then held his waist.

"Doc, andito na po---" Natigilan si Tanya ng makita niya kami ni Rhys. "---yung next patient" She finished.

"Ah ok" I nodded. Then she went outside to assist the patient.

"Alis na ko" He said coldly.

I didn't respond to him, and he go out straight.

I called Tanya to tell the patient to enter so I could check her up.

Ni-resetahan ko siya ng kanyang gamot and after that, Tanya and I cleaned the whole clinic dahil magsasara na kami.

"Good day Doc." Tanya bowed a little to show respect.

"Good day and take care pauwi" I smiled at her.

Pag uwi ko sa unit, nakita ko si Rhys sa elevator. We looked into each other, pero umiwas rin ako. Hindi ako sumabay sa kanya sa loob ng elevator. I saw his brows furrowed as the elevator closed.

I used another elevator. Ely called me.

"Hey" I started.

[Where are you?] She asked.

"Almost at my unit" I answered.

Inipit ko sa tenga at abaga ko ang phone dahil kinukuha ko sa bag ko ang susi.

[Wanna drink?] I heard some loud voice and music on the other side of the phone.

"Maybe next time? Pagod kasi ako ngayon" I explained.

[Uhm..ok, see you soon!] Then she ended the call.

I held the doorknob by my right hand and used my left hand to get the phone between my ear and shoulder.

After eating dinner, I washed my self then went to sleep. I woke up around 5 AM then went to gym. I saw Rhys there but I never talked to him nor glance at him.

I went to work around 7:30 AM while wearing pastel brown buttoned top inserted inside my high waste fitted denim pants and paired it with Korean two inches black sandal.

Nakasabit sa kanang kamay ko ang lab gown ng pumasok ako sa clinic.

Umupo ako sa swivel chair ko at kinuha ang phone ko. Tanya messaged me pala without noticing it.

Gud morning Doc. can't come 2day until i get better, nagka sakit po ako.

To: Tanya

Ok, get well soon.

From: Tanya

Nasa desk niyo na po ang schedule for today, mabuti nalang at iniwan ko kahapon.

I checked the schedule of my appointments for today. I saw Rhys' name, he has an appointment with me this 1 PM, he is my last patient.

I was just sitting the whole day except kapag may chine-check up ako. I took my lunch, vegetables and fruit lang ang kinain ko. I brushed my teeth and fixed my self while waiting Rhys. I felt nervous dahil malapit ng mag 1 PM. My heart beats fast when the door opened and it showed Rhys.
