Jennie opened her eyes.  The first thing she saw was the ocean. Blue was the dominant colour. She was standing like statue on the shore. A fringe of lace spread over the cold, firm beach, wetting her feet right through. Chills ran right up their spindled many-hued legs.

At sunrise the air vibrated with the rhythmic pounding of the waves and a salty wind blew. Although the sea was calm she was shocked as she had never seen such a beautiful body of water before. Never before her eyes had been able to wonder so far into the horizon.

The sun poured out it's brilliant hot oranges and reds into the horizon like a pot of molten lava.

There was nothing she loved more than those hot summer evenings when she would sit and let the sun beat down on her skin. She could feel the tropic, sticky air with each inhalation; the air so thick you could cut through it. She liked the way that as small gusts of wind blew past her, her skin would softly shiver before returning to its still, warmed state.

Like a statue Jennie had closed her eyes. She was listening the waves of the sea and she was feeling the heat of sunlight in her face. She inhaled several time. She wanted the fresh salty air to fill her lungs.

"Why am I here?" She thought.
She tried to recall the last thing she had seen and when she did the reality hit her hard.
Lisa, gunshot, surgery.. everything became more and more real.

"Jen"

Someone called her in a low voice

Someone called her in a low voice.
Jennie turned back to see who was calling her. She was shocked seeing Lisa there.

"Lisa"

She run towards her and hugged her so tight that if this was not a dream Lisa wouldn't be able to breathe

"Where are we?" Jennie asked her after she broke the hug.
Lisa gently touched Jennie's hand and guide her on a walk through the coast.

"Somewhere nice. Somewhere peaceful."
She said.

"Is this t-the ..." Jennie went to ask her but she paused. She didn't know if she could handle the answer.
