Your P.o.v

He was still making his way towards me.

His horned head looked so menacing, the horns could probably shred you in half if you gave him the chance!

In fan art, people would give him a tail in all of his forms, but since this was literally the real deal, he didn't have one but he was still terrifying!

The smile only got wider as he came closer.

I had no other options but to back up, as I knew he would chase me straight away if I ran and boy I wouldn't be able to out run him!

I ended up backing myself right up against a wall and I started to panic more.

Sure, I love this demon, but that was before I truly met him.

The real him.

He was apart of my life in a way I thought was the only was possible, to dream.

Now, it's a hell of a lot different.

He was taking his time, moving ever so slowly so he could enjoy my fear. I didn't like it on bit.

I started to cry as a result. I bawled my eyes out and I had my face in my knees.

No words came out as I continued my crying fit.

If I was going to die, I would have wanted to have been by a completely different person, at least not him!

I had no hope in calling for help, as nobody was hear with me or I hadn't even heard any developers voices talking me through things!

The Ink Demon was now about fifteen feet away from my crumbling self. I knew because I saw his feet through a gap in my curled up position.

I didn't dare look up, his stare of negative emotions would've been enough to kill me on the spot.

But I said would've.

I was expected something, anything!

Him to end my life the most painful way he could, or to make it quick and easy.

But nothing happened.

I slowly peered over my knees, to see his lower half standing there, now at least six feet away.

'Why isn't he ending me?! I-it doesn't make see! ' I thought to myself.

I stayed silent, I had cried quite a bit so my tears had stopped and my face felt tight. I was still shaking and I didn't dare look away.

Because of the position I was in, I had only stared at his legs.

And once the situation hadn't made any progress, I felt brave enough to look up.

I slowly brought my head up, quite warily as I wasn't excited to see what his expression was.

But,

as I looked up...I realised something quite obvious.

He wasn't even looking at me.

His inky, horned head was facing towards the entrance, a low growl was heard from him as I also looked at the direction he was looking at too.

A door had just been shut.

There was a low voice speaking from that area too.

It sounded like a man but I wasn't focused on it anymore, as I had turned my full attention back to the demon.

His head was still facing towards the source of the voice, but he must have noticed me staring at him as he snapped his head right back to face me.

Before I could react, he opened his jaws at me, which suprisingly had opened and now had sharp teeth. (I know, the Ink Demon just has a wide smile, but a few things in this story will change and not be like the game, just letting ya know! 😉👌)

The Ink Demon snapped them at me and waved his one gloved hand passed my left shoulder, making me shriek and cower back away even more into a smaller ball. I thought now that he had his attention back towards me that he'd finally finish me off.

But I was wrong yet again.

There was a few small splashing sounds before there was a big one.

Total silence filled the room after that.

I waited a few seconds before lifting my head.

In front of me was a large ink puddle, but no ink demon.

'T-t-that must have b-been the b-big splash, but what w-w-were the s-small ones?...' I thought as I looked around.

I was still on the floor and as soon as I thought that, I saw fresh writing on the wall close by.

"Wáțčh øůţ..."

I couldn't help but cry again as I read that.

This wasn't how I imagined my life to go...
