Toni's POV
It's exact a month ago that I was in the hospital, and today me and Cheryl are going back for a check.
Cheryl was still asleep so I decided to wake her up.
"Hey princes." I whispered.
"Wake up. We gotta leave in 45 minutes."
Cheryl stretched out and gave me a kiss on my cheek.
She dressed up and went down stairs.
"Are you nervous?" She asked.
"No" I said.
"You're lying. I can read you like a book babe, you can't hide your feelings for me." She said.
"I know I know."
We finished our breakfast and got in the car.
Cheryls POV
I saw Toni was nervous as hell, she was tapping with her fingers, shaking her leg, inhaling deeply and she looked a little pale.
I put my hand on her shaking leg and said: "Babe, don't worry everything is gonna be fine. I'll be with you all the time."
"Ya it's just." She paused for a sec.
"I don't like the hospital. I saw my mom dying in the hospital. I just start feeling sick every time I walk in there." She said starting to get paler every second.
We arrived and parked the car.
"I don't feel good." She says wrapping her arms around her me.
I hugged her tightly and said: "It's okay, it's okay." I said as she cried in my shoulder.
She calmed down and we went in.
We took the elevator to the 3the floor called "cardiology".
We sat in the waiting room and all of the sudden a really familiar man and women came walking in the waiting room.
"Cheryl Toni?" The women said.
"Mom, Antonio!?" I said.
"Why are you guys here?" My mom asked.
"Because of you!" Toni said angry.
"Me?" She asked.
"Cut the crap mom, you know what the hell we are talking about." I said angry.
"Because you guys kicked us out, I was overstressed and almost died of a heart attack." Toni cried.
I laid Toni's head on my chest kissing her forehead.
"You guys are disgusting." Antonio said.
"Shut it!" I said getting angrier every second.
They sat at the other side of the room starring angrily at us. Luckily the doctor came in.
"Miss Topaz?" She said.
I grabbed her hand and we walked out of the waiting room.
"Please take of you shirt." She said.
"We are gonna make ECG. We have this gel I'm going to put on your chest. It's a little cold."
After 10 minutes of looking she said: "Everything is okay. You can leave."
We both shook her hand and left.
"Let's get us some lunch from Pops."
"Sure" She said.
We went in and Pops greeted us.
"Hello girls! How are you doing?"
"We're good. We just came back from the hospital for a check." I explained.
"Ah. How was it?" He asked.
"Good! Everything is fine I'm healthy." Toni said happily.
"Oh that's good news!" He said.
(For real tho pops is my favorite adult! He's always so nice to everyone. He's like the grandpa of Riverdale🥰)
We sat in a booth when the door bell rang.
There they were again, my mom and Antonio.
"TT they're back." I whispered.
"I know. Do you want to leave?" She asked.
"No no no. I'm not letting them chase us again." I said.
"Yeah you're right."
We ate our food in silence when they came up to us.
"I'm sorry for what we did to you." She said.
"You're sorry!? Excuse me! You kicked us out and now you want to apologize? You don't know what you did to us. Cheryl had weekly panic attacks and breakdowns. You think everything is okay with just one stupid word!? Well if you think so, the answer is no." Toni said angrily.
"Okay fine!" They said and walked away.
We payed for our food and left.

Toni's POV
"Isn't weird?" I said.
"What?
"That all of the sudden they show up to apologize." I said.
"Ya I know it's kinda weird, but don't worry to much. Okay?"
"Okay" I said as she kissed my forehead.
We drove home and opened the door, to see a huge mess!
"No no no! Someone broke into our house."
Cheryl ran upstairs.
"Noooooo!!!!" I hear her scream.
I ran upstairs to see a sobbing Cheryl.
"T-they t-took it." She cried.
"What did they took?" I asked.
"T-the o-only thing I-I had left f-from JJ."
I sat down next to her laying her head on my chest, and going through her hair with my hand.

We cleaned everything up and called the police.
"This is a really weird case." The officer said.
"The only thing they took was Jason Blossoms football jersey." He said.
"I know exactly who did this." Cheryl said.
"It was my mom and Antonio." She said.

Cheryls POV
My mom and Antonio are in jail for different charges. Everything went back to normal, and Toni and I started focusing on ourselves and our future family.
