I wake up to the sound of my alarm. Even though school doesn't start until 8 I wake up at 6:30. I do my morning routine which consists of taking a shower, doing my face routine, eating breakfast, and watching Netflix for half an hour. I check the time, it was 7:50. I grab my backpack and walk to school with my best friend Sophia. We live two blocks away from the school so we get there in 5 minutes. She walks me to my math class and went off to English. I sit next to my other best friend Yesenia. We start talking about the sleepover tomorrow. For spring break we're staying at Sophia's house and meeting her friends from the movie that she starred in, It. They're staying a whole week along with us. We've heard about them but never actually met them. As soon as Yesenia started to talk about how at least one of them has to be cute, Ms. Ranch addressed the class "okay everyone here are your packets for you to practice during break". Everyone including me either sighed or started complaining about having homework.
