Chapter 21

After hearing the second slam of the door I had had raised my head from the almost empty bowl, already intrigued. As I heard Klaus though I practically ran his way, wagging my tail. When I reached him I rubbed my face against his leg in a loving way as my pack watched.
I sat in front of his feet as my sister said, "So why did Alex come by her self? I thought you were bringing her back?"
He thought for a minute before saying, "She jumped up of the car window and started here on her own."
He hadn't lied I had jumped out the window but it was because he was in the wrong direction. He was heading out of Mystic Falls and we needed to stay in Mystic Falls.
Bonnie then said, "Well you're just in time, I have everything ready to help her turn back human."
She smiled and said, "Come on Alex, this way." I followed her into an empty room and I was followed by the others.
Realizing this Bonnie said, "You guys need to stay out here, she come out when she human and clothed again." Caroline followed with a bag of my clothes ready for me for after my transformation.

I woke up on the floor in a room at the Salvatore's, although I had no idea how I got there or why I was naked. I looked around to see a bag of my clothes there, I was glad of that and pulled on a pair of leggings and a Mystic High Cheerleading hoodie I had stole from Caroline a while back.
After putting on my clothes I started to make me way out to the living room. All of my bones popped, similar to what they did after the full moon. When I walked in I saw the everyone and I mean everyone was waiting for me. "Hey guys, what happened?"
Elena said, "You don't remember?"
I shook my head no, "I don't remember anything after graduation."
Caroline said, "You really don't remember what happened at the grill?"
I shook my head no again, "I feel like I've had a black out but, I don't feel drunk or like I was drunk."
Bonnie said, "Because you weren't, you never go to the chance to get drunk."
I scrunched my face confused, "So what happened?"
She then answer led by saying, "You somehow turned into a wolf, you really don't remember?"
I shock my head no, "How is that possible it wasn't the full moon, let alone the fact that it wasn't night."
Caroline said, "Yeah that's something that only hybrids can do." She gave Klaus an angry look as she said this.
He calmly answered with, "I didn't turn her into a hybrid. Ask her yourself."
Caroline looked at me, "Are you a hybrid? Don't lie."
"No, I'm not a hybrid, promise."
I felt like she didn't believe me but, it was the truth, unless it happened in the time frame that I can't remember then I'm not one.
"Okay so what did I do as a wolf? Did anyone see me?" I was a bit nervous asking the last question as I didn't want anyone to see me go from human to wolf and try to kill me because of it.
Klaus answered, "No one saw anything and you saved Stefan and myself."
I was a bit shocked, "What?"
He then explained to me how I had killed and original by ripping his head off, for attacking Klaus.
I couldn't believe that I had killed him, I couldn't remember anything after graduation, I didn't even remember Klaus being back. Which made me happy and upset at the same time.

After everyone filled me in on what had happened today and discussed my transformation in front of me like I wasn't there I said, " Okay I'm going home, you all can keep discussing, but I'm out."
Caroline said, "Alex, this concerns you too."
I sighed, " I turned into a wolf, big deal I do it all the time. I realize it's not the full moon nor was it dark but, i can't explain it and apparently no one else can either and I'm tired and want to go home and nap. So I'll see you guys later."
Bonnie said, "Alex is right, we don't know how to explain it so I'm gonna go see if I can find anything out."
With that she followed behinds me heading out as well. As we walked out she said, "I hope we figure it out before you leave for New Orleans."
I smiled, "Me too."
She gave me a look, "Promise me you're not a hybrid and just hiding it."
I smiled letting out a breath, " I promise I'm not a hybrid, If I was I would tell you guys."
She sighed, "Okay good. I just have to make sure."
I nodded, " I get it, I do."
I hopped in my car and drove to my house ready for a nap, my body ached, and my throat was so sore.
When I got home I walked straight to my bed and payed down to take a nap, though sleep didn't come easy as I felt like I couldn't breathe easy.

Third person POV
After Alex and Bonnie left the Salvatore's Klaus did as well hoping to catch Alex before she fell asleep.
He arrived at her house to see the door wide open. He walked inside a bit concerned as Alex wouldn't do that, he walked to her room to find her gone.
He grabbed his phone calling her, just to hear her phone ring in her empty room. He ran outside screaming "Alex! Alex, where are you?!"
Alex couldn't hear him though as she had slept walked all the way to woods behind the Salvatore's close to her secret cellar where she would turn.
She was only awoken when she heard a small whimper, that turned into a small cry. The cry of a wolf cub.
