Forgetting The Clown (Hisoka x Reader)

"Who are you?" The kid asked. Not even scared of Hisoka even just a little bit. This amuses him. Who is this kid? Didn't his parents thought him not to talk to strangers?

"I'm Hisoka. A magician. Wanna see a trick?" He asked with a smirk. The kid only frown, looking up at him with a sour face.

"No.... I don't like clowns" The kid bluntly said, making Hisoka's eyes widen while a smirk form on his lips. Who is this kid? Didn't he just said that he's a magician?

"I'm a magician. Not a clown. There are difference between the two~" He said with an amuse voice . He wanted to play with the kid but he doesn't know if the kid is important to the zoldyck. He doesn't want to create conflict right now. Especially now that he's taking care of Touji. The only thing that she left him with.

"I don't care. You look like a clown to me"

Hisoka chuckled as he sat down on the ground. Watching the kid stare at him with knitted eyebrows.

"You must be a Zoldyck if you live here, or am I wrong?~" He said, his eyes peircing through the boy's soul. He found his next unripe fruit. Ohhh.. Joy ~

"No, I'm not a Zoldyck." At this Hisoka's eyes widen in surprise.

"Oh?~ do tell me who's your parents are" He said, he didn't even know that the Zoldyck's allows a child of a butler to run around the mountain.

Are they getting soft?  My my~

"I'm C/N A-" The kid didn't get to finish his sentence as a butler called out to him.

"Young Master! Your mother has been worried trying to find you" The butler said, speed walking towards the two.

The butler eyed Hisoka suspiciously before turning his attention towards the young master in front of him.

"She's been trying to find you since earlier. She said you suddenly run off after seeing a bunny" The butler said, holding his hand out for the kid to take.

"Hm! The bunny was so cute. I want to give it to mama. But the dogs ate it" He said with a little hint of sadness in his voice.

"I will buy you a bunny if you want, Young master. But we need to go back now" The butler said.

The kid took his hand as he look back towards Hisoka with a little polite smile, "Nice to meet you Mr. Hisoka. Goodbye" He said.

"Hm~ You too, C/N. I'm looking forward to seeing you again." Hisoka said with a little lick on his lips. The child didn't mind, he does not know what it meant so he dismissed it. The Butler gave Hisoka a hard glare before they left, making Hisoka chuckle to himself.

As he walk outside the forest, he saw a girl through his peripheral vision but didn't bother looking at her. He's not interested to anyone right now. He doesn't want another woman to enter his life because even though dead she will remain as his only one. And no one can ever replace her.

Such cheesy line for a killer like him. It doesn't suit him at all.

Y/N is a little mad. Why did C/N run off like that after seeing a bunny?

She could have had followed him but she doesn't want to leave their shopping bags there.

After seeing a butler, she asked them to find him immediately, explaining why he run off like that.

The Butler immediately set off to find him in the large forest, calling his name loud enough for anyone to hear.

After a few more minutes, a butler came out of the forest with C/N in his left, holding his hand so he wouldn't run off again.

"There you are. Why did you run away? " She asked as C/N run towards her before hugging her legs.

"I tried to catch a bunny for you but the dogs ate it. I'm sorry." He said. A little sad with a pout on his lips.

"It's fine baby. I can buy a bunny for you if you like" She said. Smiling down at him.

"No, I want to catch one for you" He said which only made her giggle.

"Fine, but don't run off again loke that." She said. She can't get mad at him fir something like that.  He's a kid and he has a lot of stock of energy inside him. He can run as kuch as he want but he should take a butler with him. He doesn't want him to get lost inside the forest, specially now that it's getting darker.

"Let me carry this" C/N said as he took 3 bags from his mother before running off towards the mansion.

She can't help but smile as he watch his son run with so much energy.

She notice a man getting out of the forest with a colorfull get up.  She was just about to look at him when C/N called her to hurry up so she did.

Within a second, she was already next to him.

"Wha! Mama, you're so fast. Teach me! Teach me! Please...!"  He said as he jump up and down.

She laugh at him with a teasing smirk. "I will, only if you catch me" as she said that, she run off. Leaving her smiling son behind. He wants to be like her. She's so strong. Her mama is so strong.

As C/N watch the back of his mother, he can't help but smile. Wanting to reach out, to reach his mother.

Someday he will be strong, so that his mama won't leave him behind again.

....

Hisoka walk out of mountain, a smirk never leaving his lips.

C/N, huh? Hmm~ my my my~ a delicious young boy.

Ughhnngh~ OooOhhh C/N~

I can't wait to taste you, another unripe fruit for me to eat from~ hmm~

He can't wait to finally get a taste of the sweet child. But he must wait.
