(Y/N) POV

It's been about 3 hours since we left the hotel and I'm currently dying of embarrassment of what just went down. Even I don't know what just happened.

Max is fast asleep on my shoulder like always, I can't believe he literally likes me back, it's crazy to even imagine that as a possibility.

I would like to thank my stupid loud mouth for accidentally saying all of that out loud.

Chuckling to myself, I rest my head on top of Max's and slowly start to fall asleep thinking about how our date could possibly go.

(TIME SKIP BACK TO CAMP)

I was rudely awaken by someone grabbing my shoulders and shaking me violently. I lowly growl at the person and open my eyes, only to see Max grinning at me.

"The fuck do you want?" I asked rolling my eyes while I remove his hands from my shoulders.

"We've arrived back at camp dumbass. Come on! I wanna go sleep in our tent and then I can start thinking about our date plans." Max smirks while he grabs my hand and drags me out of the bus.

I of course blushed at his words and refused to look anywhere at him until we arrived at the tent.

I noticed David trying to stop Nerris and Harrison from starting another "Magic War" of some sort, which of course makes me cringe. What's up with those weirdos and magic? Magic seems rather boring, so I have no clue how those low lives stay entertained by it.

"Hey dipshit, how was sitting with Max like. I bet it was horrible!" Nurf, the fatass with anger issues, comes stomping towards Max and I grabbing out bags off the back of the bus.

"Actually, it was good. Would 10/10 recommend it to you, but I bet Max would never want to sit with your idiotic self. Now excuse us. I have sleep to catch up on." I say coldly to the ogre in front of us as I shove him to the side.

Max laughs at Nurf and flicks him off as he walks next to me.

Rolling my eyes, I quickly walk in to the small tent and drop all my stuff down as I jump onto the small crapped mattress on my side of the tent.

"Ahh feels fucking fantastic to be back. No longer stuck at small hotel room." The fluffy raven haired male stretched his arms out and sat down at the foot of my mattress, making it slightly dip a little.

Mumbling a few incoherent words to myself, I sit up and look at Max. "Are you stupid? We literally are stuck in a small tent without a bathroom and less space." I remind Max while flicking his forehead.

Max looked at me in annoyance and grabbed my wrist to stop me from flicking his forehead. "I know you dumbass, I mean I rather be back at camp than at some hotel in the middle of literally no where. Though it was night to have air conditioning." The teal eyed boy didn't let go of your wrist but instead switches it to were he was holding your right hand.

Blushing lightly, I grabbed my phone and checked the time.

11:48 pm

Just a few more minutes until it was midnight. Sighing, Max tugged on my hand, causing me to look up at him.

"So (Y/N)... When did you start liking me?" Max asked with a sly smirk on his face.

I thought about it for a second and answered to the best of my abilities.

"I don't fucking know." I answered truthfully    while I poked at my right knee since Max was still holding my right hand.

Max lowly chuckled a bit and gently rubbed my knuckles with his thumb. "Well I knew exactly when I started to like you." "Oh really? When was that then?" I was actually quite curious to find out. It's only been about a month since I've been here, so it's crazy to think someone could like me in such a short amount of time.

"It was the same exactly day you came to this stupid, fucking, rundown, camp. While you were putting away your clothes and stuff. I thought to myself 'Something's off with this guy' and then I starting thinking about how cute you looked. Though I would never admit this to anyone." I smiled lightly at him so he could tell it meant a lot to me.

"Awwww lil' Maxie had a crush on meeee?" I said in a high pitched baby voice just to annoy the slightly older male.

Max growled at me and tackled me onto my back. "Shut up dumbass! I was being a good person by telling you the truth and here you are mocking me!" Max told me with annoyance.

I let out a laugh and laid defeated on my mattress with Max on top of me while he hugged me by the waist.

"I'm not trying to mock you dipshit. I just found it adorable obviously." Max looked at me with a questioning look and raised a brow at me.

Lifting my index finger up, I booped his nose and smiled at him.

The blue hooded boy blushed at me and dug his face into my chest trying to hide his blush.

"Awwww Max, no need to be embarrassed! I'm just getting some payback so stop being a bitch." I told him while patting his back ever so slightly.

Max groaned and shook his head, refusing to look up at me.

I just gave in and started playing with Max's fluffy hair as we both slowly started to fall asleep.

You don't have to read this but here's kinda my explanation to why I was gone for so long:

So since all this COVID crap has gone to hell, 2 of my family members have passed due Corona about 3 months ago (my uncle and cousin to be more specific) and it's been really hard.

Another thing is that I lost motivation to write this book and to finish it. Without Camp Camp having a new season during the summer it kind of put me at a writers block.

But yesterday and Today I was rereading this book and I found some motivation in me to continue writing. So without further-ado,
