Zuko went back to colony where they were staying and went straight towards house where they were sleeping. When he entered, his crush was sitting on the chair in the corner of the room, staring at her fingers.
'Look Alison, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be rude or to insult you. Thing is, I really want to know as much as I can about you. I never felt this way, I'm bad with dealing with any type of emotions.' he said honestly, Lyra only looked at him when he finished. There was regret in his eyes, so she decide to apologise too.
'I'm sorry too. I overreacted, when someone start to yell at me I just become nervous. Old habbit, I shouldn't let that out on you.' she said honestly and Zuko smiled at her.
It took her time to admit, but Lyra did fell for banished prince. She didn't completely get over her last love, but Zuko was best thing happened to her in hundred years. When he don't bring Aang in conversation, everything goes perfectly fine.
'When I'm alone, I think about hundred things I could say to you, but somehow, you always leave me speeachless. When I left colonies, I thought that I would never felt like this anymore.' she commented calmly and prince listened carefully her words.
'Feel like what, Alison?' he questioned and Lyra looked him in the eyes. His expression was soft, something what happens rarely. 'You made me think, I realise that life is not going to wait for me, not right now. I tried to deny my feelings, but I can't do it anymore. I like you a lot.' when she finished, Zuko just stared at her.
He knew her for few months, and she was one of most complicate person she knew. 'Do you want to eat? We spend whole day in woods.' he questioned, and Lyra nodded. Zuko headed outside to ask someone to give them food, while Lyra was sitting at table.
She lost in thoughts while was waiting for Zuko, but this time things weren't about Azulon.
Flashback
'I can't believe that we must visit that city, can't we just go in Ba Sing Se?' Lyra's father asked angrily but her mother calmed him down.
'They are important people, and it would be good for Lyra to have some friends. Earth Kingdom is pulled on parts and Omashu have their own king, we have a job, Orion.' she explained kindly and went to seek for her daughter.
Lyra was sitting bending in Temple with her friends, but it was clear that she was way better then anyone there. 'It's time to go, Lyra.'
