"Gary's been really weird lately."
"Why's that?" Wyatt raised a brow.
"I don't know, he's just been like, flirting with me a lot. Like always complimenting me and trying to help me carry things. The other day he even asked me out. It's just even really weird, you know?"
"What did you say?" Wyatt asked, his jaw clenched slightly.
"To what?"
"Him asking you out."
"Oh, I didn't really say anything. I kind of just laughed it off and thought it was a joke." you explained and when you heard him mumble something under his breath, you asked, "What was that?"
He cleared his throat. "I-I do those things too... You know, carrying you books and, and complimenting you and stuff..."
"Yeah, but it's nice when you do it." you shrugged.

"When you do it, I like it. I don't really know why, but it's nice." you smiled.
