Derek and I have been talking for about 6 months now. We're practically best friends, and we both obviously have feelings for each other. (Y'all are staying in the same hotel, while ur on vacation.)
D= Derek ""= you Y/n= your name Y/l/n= your last name
✨play the song now✨ D: wake uppppppp. My sleep is interrupted by Derek bouncing around on my bed. "Huh..." D: get upppp. I'm bored. "No I'm sleeping" D: well wake up. Let's go to the beach-each let's go get away "Nooo. I don't feel like having sand in my ass crack for the next few days" He starts fake crying so I turn around and pat him on the head lightly
D: Cmon plzzzz "Fine" D: okay go get a swimsuit on, so we can go. I hop in the shower, and put on a cute black swimsuit. I walk out of the bathroom and see Derek sitting right there. He starts turning red.
D: I can um-I- do u want me to like...go. "It's just a swimsuit goofy. Calm down" He pushes me playfully, and we both laugh.
"So are YOU ready." D: Mhmm. "Where's everyone else?" D: At the beach...duh "It's not duH. They could be anywhere" D:okay get your towel and stuff. Let's go. I grab a bag with thing like my beach towel, hoodie, phone charger, and speaker, and walk out the door
The hotel is right across from the beach, so we stop for some snacks at a nearby store, and try to find Mike, Kobe, and Vallyk.
"Where the heck are they" D: They said they left to go get some food. "Oh, well let's go find a good spot." We set up our blanket and things on our spot, and try to wait for the boys to come back.
D:Let's just get into the water. "Okay" We walk out into the ocean, and swim around for a while. Derek starts going further in, and gets to a place where the water is getting too deep for me.(5'4 tings😔✋)
"Derek the water is too deep!" He starts laughing as I try to stay up on my tippy toes
D: Get on my back then I hop on his back and wrap my arms around his body, resting my chin on his head.
"Don't go far. I don't wanna drown D:Don't be scared, I got you He walks deeper into the ocean, and I see a huge wave coming towards us.
"Oh my god Derek go back. LOOK AT THE WAVE" D:Nah. "I'm gonna dieee. Stop" He laughs as he turns his head to look at me
D:Let it hit u I scream as the wave comes towering over our heads, and drenching us in water.
"Oh my god I could've died" D: Why would I let you die. "Idk" D: whatever if ur that scared we can go back to shore. "Yes PLEASE. My feet won't even touch the ground." He carries me back to shore, and we eat some snacks.
"can we get actual food?" D: yeah what do you want "I don't know" D: Whatever they're selling on the boardwalk then. "Okay" Derek walks up onto the boardwalk, and comes back with food.
D: Sooo. I got you a burger with fries, and a milkshake "Weow. Thanks" We sit and eat our food for a while, before throwing out the garbage, and deciding to go back in the water where we play around for a while
Suddenly the sun starts going down, and we realized it was already 7o'clock.
D: Let's go back to shore. The tide is coming in. We head back to the blanket, and watch the sun set. We took a picture, and he posted it on his Instagram

I turn my head and smile at him. His face starts to turn red.
"So should we start to g-" I'm interrupted by Derek leaning in, and crashing his lips into mine. We start making out, and it lasts for a few minutes.
I put my head on his shoulder, and look up at him, as he looks down at me
D: y/n? "hmm" D: will you be my girlfriend? I blush as I nod my head yes, and give him a hug. We cuddle and watch the sun go down until the only light left is from the dim lights on the boardwalk..
