Rapunzel's POV
I ran downstairs and tried to avoid the outstretched arms that were trying to throw me into the pool, I was so close to getting to the pool house but Daniel caught me from behind. right next to the edge of the pool. I shrugged and jumped into the pool as his arms were gripped on me tightly, we struggled for a bit trying to get to the top of the water before we ran out of breath. it didn't help that we were laughing so much - but we finally broke to the top and his hands were laid on my hips.
"OH HELL YEAH! GET IT DANIEL!" jack shouted - he got slapped really hard by Zach.
but Is he talking about the fact he got me in the pool? or getting with... me?... you know what nah - no... he doesn't think of me like that, that one time in the movie room.. was a mistake.. I mean it was spur of the moment...
laugher in the background pulled me out of my thoughts.
"CORBYN MADE ME DO IT GUYS" I pointed at Corbyn and Jonah immediately dropped his water bottle
"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS WAITING FOR!! GET HIM!" daniel shouted. Jonah tackled Corbyn onto the grass and the other boys piled on top. I heard daniel chuckled before he pulled me closer to his body.
"I dont think they are going to get up any time soon" he said
I turned to see the others sprawled out over Corbyn - I couldn't help but shake my head, but when I turned back around to face daniel I finally realised how close we were. our faces were just inches apart, and I could of sworn he glanced down at my lips.
nah, im tripping, its just my brain man come off it....
so I could push every thought out of my mind I rested my head onto his shoulder as we floated around the pool. I honestly almost fell asleep but that was until the rest of the boys finally got up of the ground and jumped into the pool, one by one. they all cannonballed into the pool causing a few waves to suffocate daniel and I.
"ugh BRO. I was tryna relax!" I shouted
"its what you get for being a rat!" Corbyn shouted back while sticking his tongue out. we spoke for a bit until Zach talked
"your suit is really pretty babe" he said as he stuck his hands out for me to swim over to him
"back of herron" daniel said lightly, but I didn't really notice
"thanks!" I said "uh, what was that now dani?"
"dont worry about it" he splashed me as I swam into Zach's arms, the minute my body touched him his arms gripped me tightly.
"geez, its already three. we have completely missed lunch" tate laughed from the sun lounger
"are you guys hungry?" I asked, earning loads of no's "so, we could wait till dinner - like have a picnic" I asked
"oh my god! can we have s'mores too!!.. you'd have to go buy the stuff though babe" he bounced me on his knee
"if that's what you want, I'll gladly go get some" I chuckled. he nodded like made making me laugh some more. then I got Zach to let go of me before I got out the pool and dried off, Daniel did the same
"imma go with you" he shot a sheepish grin, I smiled back with a nod

we then headed inside to change, so I went to Zach's room and looked through the closet I picked up a hoodie - im not sure who's it is, but anyway - I was brushing my hair in the mirror when I notice Daniel sat on the sofa, he scared me.
"Jesus Daniel! why scare me like that." I sighed as I put my brush down
"are you ready to go?" he asked
"yep!" I grabbed his arm and yanked him up, then the both of us walked down to his tesla.
THE TWO GOT TO THE SUPERMARKET AND THRY SPENT AGES THERE - SHOPPING, TAKING PICTURES WITH FANS, SHOPPING, PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK, FILMING STUPID TIKTOKS AND SO ON - SO ALL TOGETHER THEY WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 2 AND A HALF HOURS. SO NOW THEY WERE KINDA RUSHING BACK TO THE HOUSE. ON THE RIDE BACK ALL RAPUNZEL WAS ALL UP IN HER MIND, IGNORING DANIEL. THEN AFTER THEY GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND UP TO THE FRONT DOOR, DANIEL SPOKE...
"Penny for your thoughts?" Daniel asked slightly nudging me
I chuckled "mmm, maybe a million bucks will do"
"buck, buck, buck, buck, buck, buck, bu--"
"okay! alright, you can stop!!" I shouted at him as I opened the door
ugh he thinks so clever. I mean, I've never seen someone laugh so hard at stupid little jokes.. so I dont wanna ruin his mood..
"maybe later on yeah? but right now, S'MORES" I jumped up and down as we both walked through the sliding door into the garden.
"oh they aren't dead!" Jonah shouted
"show me the GOLD" Zach shouted as well. he came up to us and held his phone over the bag, and he laughed at what we had bought.
"okay, so we got jumbo marshmallows, a tone of Hersey bars, a couple boxes of gram crackers, some popcorn, soda, a watermelon and some trolls worms" I chuckled
AN HOUR LATER
I pulled out the marshmallows and everyone cheered.
then while everyone started on there first s'mores Daniel and I went back inside to change into our swim suits - I mean everyone else is still in theirs, which means they will probably go back into the pool later. then once we had gotten changed we headed back outside and I sat in between Daniel and Zach and leaned my head on daniels shoulder and put my legs on Zach while I waited for my marshmallow to turn golden - Daniel slid his hand around my waist which sent shivers down my spine. but now im growing impatient because mine just wouldn't roast.
"oh my god! all I want is this marshmallow but ohhh NO I have to waittttt so longggg" I groaned, everyone shot their heads round to me and I saw Jonah roll his eyes at me, I giggled at myself and Daniel sighed
"hush baby, here take mine - its done"
I smiled brightly at him as he passed me his skewer...
