"merry Christmas" Corbyn said at my bedroom door, I groaned and rolled myself back up into my sheets "come on man, you have loads of presents from your family, us and Tyler just texted me telling me that Rapunzel has sent us over some presents" he added, I mean all he had to say was Rapunzel to get me to sit up "she sent presents?" I asked and got out of bed, slipping on my homer pyjama pants over my boxers

"uh yeah - at least that's what Tyler told me" he shrugged "okay, I'll be down in a second" I nodded, Corbyn nodded back and walked out. this is going to be the first time they all see me out of my room in 10 months - I've been coming out but only when they were out or something so I could record my parts for some songs. Anyway I looked in the mirror expecting to see myself with a dad bod... but to be honest I didn't even look bad considering that I've done no proper exercise or anything -

I walked back towards my bed and grabbed my phone, I opened Rapunzel's Contact and I was going to call her but what's the point? I know she wont answer and it will just depress me - so I clicked off of her contact and just looked at my wallpaper

of course its her - its my favourite picture of her, I took it when we too the boat from England to Holland. she looks so beautiful in it
"YO DANIEL YOU COMING BRO?" Corbyn shouted from the hallway "OH YEAH" I shook it off and shoved my phone in my pocket and headed downstairs with Corbyn. "hey! merry Christmas" Zach said as me and Corbyn too a seat on the sofa - I looked around to room to see 7? huge piles of presents. "you too man" I ignored the 2 extra piles and just answered Zach. for a while we all sat there, talking and trying to stay awake until Tyler showed up
"merry Christmas you guys" he ruffled my hair as he went to sit down on the other sofa I groaned and checked the time on my phone - it was 10.43 am "can we open these now then?" Jack asked "no, we are still waiting on someone" Tyler answered, causing us all to nod. we then sat there in a weird silence until the door bell rang "I'll get it" I said and got up. I slowly walked over to the door and opened it
"Merry Christmas, Daniel" it was Rapunzel... she is here.. "oh my god..." I said lightly before tackling her into a really tight hug "miss me?" she asked and I just nodded with my head pressed up against her neck. I didn't want to let go so I just picked her up causing her to squeal, I carried her a little into the house and kicked the door shut "dani put me down" she chuckled, I sighed and put her down slowly "I really missed you" I said "I missed you too" she frowned and leant up to kiss my cheek. then she grabbed my hand and pulled me through to the living room.
"hi!" she shouted causing all the boys to turn to her, take a second glance then come running at her to hug her tightly "when did you get here!" Corbyn shouted "umm Tuesday?" she replied and looked at Tyler who nodded. as the boys were asking her questions I went to Tyler "did you know she was coming?" I whispered to him he nodded "I planed it with her" "thanks man" I hugged him quickly "for what?" he chuckled "bringing her here" I said in a duh tone before heading back to the circle. she smiled at me and grabbed my hand again leading me to the sofa - we realised there wouldn't be enough room for 4 of us on it so she just sat on the floor in front of me "okay is it present time now?" Zach asked "yes Zach" Jonah shook his head
we took about 2 hours opening all the presents but I realised I didn't have one from Rapunzel, I thought why - maybe here being here is my present? if it is, its the best one ive gotten. so its like now 12pm and we supposed to be going out for Christmas lunch but I dont really feel like going.
"Daniel, are you going to get changed?" Rapunzel asked coming into the living room where I was alone on the sofa "I dont really wanna go out" I said "oh really?" she wrapped her arms around my neck from behind "yeah. I just wanna stay in, i'll probably go to my room and watch some Christmas movies or something" I shrugged "well then - looks like im staying in too" she jumped over the back of the sofa and laid her legs on me "what? no! go hang out with the others" "I will not! I'm your Christmas present so I need to spend time with you!" she smiled at me "are you sure? I mean your going to completely miss out on your Christmas lunch" "Daniel.. I wanna spend time with you!" she took her legs off of me and spined round to put her head on my lap.
once the boys had left Rapunzel and I talked and talked about almost everything that has happened while we have been apart.. though she still wont tell me where she has moved to. After a lot of talking I ordered a McDonalds and turned on 'the Grinch'.
"hey your hair is really pretty like this" I said while playing with one of her braids thanks... your t-shirt is really nice.." she said with a laugh, I looked at my bare chest for a minute wondering why I couldn't see the t-shirt - then I realised she was talking about my abs, I chuckled lightly and laid one of my arms over her stomach.
soon enough it was about mid night and the boys still aren't back
"oh shit.. I need to go back to my hotel.." Rapunzel quickly got off me and ran to the other side of the room to pick up her shoes "Flower can't you just stay here?" I frowned at her she sighed and thought for a second "you know what, I will stay" she threw her shoes back on the floor "but can we go to bed now" she came back to me and held my hand "yup sure" I stood up and walked with her to my room, once we got there she immediately started to get undressed - I threw a t-shirt at her then to my pants off leaving me in my boxers again. I got into bed before her and got comfy. once she was in I wrapped my arm around her - but she turned and pulled me closer, making us spoon
"are you okay?" I asked ad pulled one of her braids back out of her face she turned her head slightly "feeling a little sick but im fine dani" I could see her smile "arlight." I shrugged and shut my eyes "good night" she said lowly "night Flower" ...
