[}~{Chapter 22}~{]

-(3rd person POV)-

The next day came and they all are getting ready for their speech down at the village. Modoriya kept clicking his pen as he paced the room. Bakugo pulled him into a hug and scented him.

"Babe I think it's best if you just transform for the speech. Your letting out stressed pheromones."
(Bakugo)

"I'm sorry! B-but I don't wanna disappoint anyone! I can do this!"
(Midoriya)

"Izu... I know you want to do this but we're worried your pushing yourself a little to far."
(Kirishima)

"No! I can do this!"
(Midoriya)

Long story short Midoriya couldn't do it. As soon as he saw the crowd he transformed and ran back to the carriage hiding underneath it.

Kirishima ran back and gently picked him up.  Kirishima had a hood on the back of his shirt so he placed his small mate in it and turned his jacket around so he could see Midoriya. Kirishima gently pet him and walked back to Bakugo on the small stage.

"It he okay?"
(Bakugo)

"Yeah... just shaking. Izu were gonna start now so just breath and keep calm. Nothing bad is happening."
(Kirishima)

They begin their speech and the crowd listens intently. As they got to the part about Midoriya being Izuku Yagi gasps could be heard all around. Murmurs erupted from the crowd about how he was the last one with healing powers and what had happened to the Yagi family. Midoriya began whimpering and tugged on Kirishima's hood.

Kirishima looked down and quickly scooped him up and pet him right behind his neck. As if put into a trance the Omega began to purr and go limp. Bakugo yelled for the crowd telling them the rest of the speech and then they walked off stage. Kirishima still rubbing behind the Omega's neck. Bakugo looked over at them and chuckled. He walked over and pet behind his omegas neck.

"That feel nice Izuku?"
(Bakugo)

Midoriya didn't say anything just purred louder. He was completely content. The towns people began to surround them with questions about where Midoriya was. They all wanted to thank him for what he had done during the attack. Midoriya however was in his own world while being pet.

"Well he's right here. He was nervous about being on stage in front of you all. Izu you wanna talk to everyone?"
(Kirishima)

He stopped petting him and he whimpered. That's when all the people surrounding them came to his attention. He jumped out of Kirishima's arms and back into his hood.

"Can everyone please back up a little? He needs a bit of space."
(Bakugo)

The crowd did and Kirishima places Midoriya on the ground. Midoriya transformed and hid behind Bakugo.

"Oh my God thank you for saving my sons life!"
(Village lady 6)

"Yes yes! Thank you for saving my life too!"
(Village man 9)

All the complements came in and Midoriya was completely flustered. He tried getting a word out but was cut off by even more complements and thanks. Bakugo noticed and yelled to make his people be quiet.

"T-there really is no r-reason to thank me. If you had my power you would do th-the same."
(Midoriya)

Even more complements rolled in and Midoriya was just stuck taking them. The village people began bringing gifts but if became overwhelming. Everything started to spin around and his breathing picked up. Bakugo picked him and ran him back to the carriage and got in with Kirishima.

"Hey baby it's okay now. Shhh shhh. Just take some deep breaths for me."
(Kirishima)

"I-I-I'm f-fine."
(Midoriya)

He was trembling. Bakugo picked him up and began rubbing behind his neck. Just like when he was in his wolf form he began purring and his trembling died down.

"Well I guess Ei found your sweet spot."
(Bakugo)

(Sweet spot: a place where an Omega can be pet and instantly find comfort.)

"Well I'm happy we know where it is now. It'll make calming him down much easier. You feeling better Izu?"
(Kirishima)

Midoriya nodded and kept purring. Bakugo didn't want to stop hearing the calming rumble coming from his smaller mate so he continued to pet him.

The carriage began to move and they were on their way back to the castle. Luckily Kirishima had told the village people that they had to leave before entering the carriage so they didn't have to worry about it. Midoriya ended up asleep on Bakugo's chest still purring.

"He adorable... I'm so happy he can purr around us!"
(Kirishima)

"I know, he looks so peaceful and happy. Do we have paper work when we get back?"
(Bakugo)

"Yeah... something about an alliance with the Yaoyorozu kingdom."
(Kirishima)

"Uggggh I don't wanna. Why can we just stay in our room and snuggle."
(Bakugo)

He pulled Midoriya closer and nuzzled into his scent gland.

"Babe your pheromones are off... is your rut coming up?"
(Kirishima)

"Shit! No wonder I've been fucking horny. I just though it was because we haven't had sex."
(Bakugo)

"Well if that's true then I don't know what we're going to do. You and Izuku might have to be separated."
(Kirishima)

"What why?!"
(Bakugo)

"Babe we both know you can't keep control over yourself in rut. Last time you almost fucked Denki just because he was the closest Omega, poor Denki wouldn't go near you for weeks."
(Kirishima)

"Shit I still feel bad about that, but Izuku is our soulmate I feel like I can control it."
(Bakugo)

"Okay how about this, you two can be around each other but as soon as I see you start to loose control I'm taking him out and locking you in the room."
(Kirishima)

"Deal."
(Bakugo)

"Okay carry him inside. We have to set up the spare room for you."
(Kirishima)

"Why do I go in the spare room?!"
(Bakugo)

"Because I don't feel like washing everything in our room after you rut. Plus if I do have to separate you two I feel like Izuku will start to miss you. He'll need your scent and our room is full of it."
(Kirishima)

"Ugggggh fine. I'm telling you now I'm sorry if you can't walk for the next week."
(Bakugo)

"Hah sorry babe but I might be with Izuku during this. Last time I was with you and your rut I passed out because of your pheromones. I'll help you when they die down."
(Kirishima)
