The lights are low
As I lay awake
After the show
Of a love to take
All the faith you've put on me
Beyond my own fears
As I needed you to be
The only one to wipe my tears
We fought and fought
For this love of ours
Lost in thought
As I count the hours
Days and nights
Came like sands of time
Endless wars and fights
All for this perfect crime
Only to find myself as a whole
Into the abyss of the unknown
With my heart that you stole
And the mixed signals that you've shown
There are no more words
Only for us to gamble and fall
As we lay down our swords
This love at our call
This love may get us seeking
Through the dark
But never asking
As we both felt the spark
This may be the abyss of the unknown
But for us to pave our way and to conquer
More than what is already known
As something we shall have forever
