"Axel, Tara na?" I heard tita Amara say. Napatingin kami pareho ni Axel sa likod namin. Aalis na pala sila. Akala ko hindi na sila matatapos magkwentuhan.

"Alis na pala kami. Can I have your number or your Facebook account? Para mas madali kitang ma-contact." He said then took out his phone and I typed my phone number and my Facebook account.

"Ok, thank you. See you in school?" He said then smiled at me. Lagi siyang naka-smile. I never saw him frown. It's either he is smiling or just having a stoic face.

"Yup, see you at school." I said, nodding then gave him a timid smile. Nakakahawa ata talaga yung mga ngiti niya.

"Let's schedule our lunch together." Sabi ni tita Amara bago pa sila makalabas ng gate.

"Sure sure!" Mom said enthusiastically. We rarely have visitors here. That's why I get it why she is always excited whenever we have visitors at the house. Madalas kasing nasa office sila, kaya doon pumupunta ang mga bisita namin. Wala din naman silang maabutang tao dito. Weekends lang kami kumpleto dito sa bahay.

They bid their goodbyes. I was about to go upstairs when my brother said something.

"I saw that." He said with a teasing, or more like an annoying smile. He's at the stairway, blocking the first step. His arms are crossing each other as if he caught me doing a crime.

"You saw what?" I said. I'm obviously not in the mood to talk to him. Annoyance is evident in my voice. I made sure na ramdam niya ang pagkairita ko sa kanya.

"You gave your phone number to him." He said pertaining to Axel. Not removing his annoying grin.

"Ano naman?" I asked again. Oh come on. So chismoso. "FYI, It's for school purposes. Not for random conversations. Would you mind? Gusto ko nang pumunta sa kwarto ko." I said with a stoic face, internally rolling my eyes at him.

I opened my facebook app just to ease my boredom when I saw a friend request.

Axel Blake Reyes sent you a friend request

I just accepted his friend request and continued scrolling down my newsfeed.

The days had passed. Ang bilis ng mga araw. The bell just rang indicating that it's lunch time already. I was fixing my stuff to get ready for lunch when Axel called me.
