I was looking at my schedule and felt exhausted already. I sighed, it's that time of the month again. Fuck periods! Good thing that I'm not feeling super sick today. I think that I could still do one man later at training.



"What's with the long face, Kie?" Axel asked as we walked our way to the building. Nakasalubong ko siya kanina mula sa dorm.



"Ha? Nothing!" After I said that, I felt that pain in my stomach. I winced a bit and held my lower stomach.



"Ok ka lang?" Axel asked worriedly,



"Yes, baka spoiled lang yung milk na nainom ko or something." I said, then remembered that I forgot to take some pain reliever to subside the pain. Ano ba naman yan, Kiera. Wala din naman akong dala dito ngayon. Nasa dorm! I mentally slapped myself.



"Hala! Baka kailangan mong pumunta sa hospital, anjan lang oh," Alalang sabi ni Axel at tinuro pa ang UST hospital! That made me chuckle,



"I can manage. Tara pasok na tayo." I just laughed off the pain that I had been feeling. I guess I have no choice but to endure this today.

Our classes for today ended and I feel so tired. Although, wala naman masyadong ginawa since may mga teachers na wala pero still, I feel like I ran around the oval for 20 times!



Maybe it's because of the pain on my lower abdomen and I am not comfortable moving around. I am now on our training for today. I'm not in the mood to really do explosive exercises today but I can't excuse myself because we have strength and conditioning today.



"Okay ka lang ba, ate Kiera?" One of my younger teammates asked,



I gave them a nod, "Medyo masakit lang ang puson ko, pero kaya naman." I politely said, dismissing the topic.



"Sure ka ate 'ha? Pwede ka naman natin sabihin kay coach na–" I cut off what she was about to say by waving my hand, no.



"Ok lang ako. Thank you for your concern." I proceeded on warming up.



Exercise can actually help with your period. It can help with cramps, moods and many more. Medyo mahirap lang kumilos but based on my research, you can actually feel better.



Training went fast but I was damn tired. Nauna na ako sa dorm kasi gusto ko na talagang humiga at magpahinga. The day was exhausting. Nakakapagod talaga ang conditioning exercises. Mas mahirap pa ito kaysa sa mga ball drills.
