Chapter 11: Sight

Yujin's POV:

I woke up to a bright light and as I open my eyes, I saw something. I saw something...

I saw something.

But to my disappointment, everything went blurry again. I can see the light but no shapes were seen.

I actually might have a chance at seeing again!

My thoughts were disrupted by stirring beside me.

I almost forgot that I was in Chaewon unnie's place.

As I sat up, I heard a "Good morning."

It was Chaewon unnie. Well, who else could it be.

"Good morning. Hope you sleep well unnie."

"Yeah, wait. Last time I remembered I was at Shakey's with the others."

"You didn't remember last night? What happened at the bathroom?"

"Uh no- wait. Yeah. I remember. I wanted it to be just a dream."

"Unnie, that girl, whoever she is doesn't deserve a girl like you. It's her loss."

She just chuckled then dragged me out of bed.

I felt her arms cling over mine then from what im smelling, it smells like the kitchen.

I can smell the other ingridients and some oil.

"What do you want for breakfast?" I heard her ask.

"Whatever you want."

She just hummed and then started cooking.

I heard sizzling and some cracking of eggs.

To be honest, im not a fan of eggs. It tastes bland. Sometimes it makes me want to puke.

As I heard her finish up, I heard a plate placed infront of me.

"Here. It's 4 strips of bacon, 1 egg, 2 hotdogs and I have some waffles and blueberry pancake over here at a different plate. Just tell me when you want some, I'll hand it to you."

I just nodded and felt where my knife and for are.

After a few attempts, I finally found it and used it to eat some bacon.

To be honest, I didn't think I would eat the egg but I did, and it tasted great.

It was by far the best one I've had. It's a huge compliment since I have my own chefs that used to work at 5 star restaurants.

As I finished what I had on mu plate, I asked for some blueberry pancakes and some waffles.

It all tasted sooo good.

It was like heaven. I almost moaned at the taste.

As we were finished, it was time to go home.

I really didn't want to. My parents are just gonna nag me.

So as I stepped out, I said "Unnie, can I stay?"

"Huh? So suddenly? Why?"

"Nothing, I like your company."

"Haha, sure. But inform your parents."

After informing my parents I was here, we just decided to watch a movie.

Well, more like she watched while I just listen.
