Chapter 13-The peace treaty

Monkey POV
The next day rolled around and I woke up to see my love asleep.
I wonder if she watches me sleep to?
I watched her breath peacefully.. Her closed eyes. Her entire being peacful.
I stop my self from kissing her forehead..Don't wanna wake her up it still early, the sun is just starting to rise.
I chuckled and started changing into my armour.
"Your secrets safe with me.."
I wonder if she is pregnant.. I ran a hand to her stomach and placed it there..A part of me hopes.. Now that we have peace maybe.. We could start a family..
"I love you monkey."
"I know Hannah."
I ran a hand through my hair and sighed.
Hannah was my first love..Or so I thought..I met her 506 years ago.
It happened like any other day. I woke up and trained with the master.
"Ugh.. Why do I have to learn this?!", I snapped as I tossed the books of the ancient language on the table.
"Because you need to Monkey.", the master sighed and I stood up and took my staff out.
"I have everything I need!! My staff! And my Powers!!Soon I'm going to be head guard!"
"Soon.. Monkey soon.. Your not head guard yet."
I hissed and shrunk my staff.
"Yes.. I know that master.. I just know I will become it!"
He sighed and stood up.
"Look.. My daughter is going to be staying with me and learning with you ok? Set a good example?.. Ok?"
I sighed and faked a smile.
"Yes master."
He ran a hand through my short hair.
"You should grow it out.."
"Ugh get of!"
He chuckled and I pushed him away and went into the peach gardens.
I sat in the tree for longer than expected..
"Excuse me?"
I looked down to see.. The second most beautiful girl in the world. She had brown hair in a bob and dark brown eyes, plump lips and she was waring amour.
"Yes?", I said and jumped down so I could see her closer.
She giggled at my display and held her hand out.
"I'm Hannah.. I'm daughter of the master."
I took her hand and smiled, shaking it.
"Nice to meet you I'm monkey."
She giggled again and I smiled at her silly giggle.
"I know..My dad said you'd be here."
I clicked my tongue and got my cloud to appear.
"Well.. Did he also say I have a cloud I can call at my will?", in the time of saying this I had hopped on it and held my hand out.
"Yes.. And he mentioned your cocky and stubborn personality.", She chuckled and took my hand. I helped her up and that was the moment we became friends.
I let out a shaky breath at my memory's and tried to fall asleep.. I laid there for at least an hour listening to the stillness of the morning.. It was interrupted by a crash of a plate.. This meant one of my freinds where awake..
I started walking downstairs to see if I could get some breakfast.
At the table there was, Pigsy sandy, my son, and Kaedo.
The atmosphere was thick and I sat down next to Pigsy.
"Trip not awake after your.. Um.. Alone time last night."
I smacked his head blushing and he chuckled. Jack was red and Kaedo was laughing. Sandy was silent.. Which is strange..
"No. Not yet, and anyway.. I'm here for breakfast today is a long day.. Every ruler we met are coming here to sign a peace treaty..", I explained and Pigsy shrugged.
"Guess I'm on dinner duty.. Sands wanna help?"
She shook her head and was looking down at the table.
"What's wrong with her?"
"She's nervous because I asked her out on a date.. That's all."
I made an Oh sound and ruffled Pigsys hair.
"You rascal you!! Anyway.. Kaedo?"
He looked up and met my eyes.
"I need you to calm the humans down ok? And jack, you calm the demons down ok son?"
He nodded and I saw the insides of his hands. Nail marks..
"Yep, and say hi to mum for me Yeah?"
I stared at him confused.
"Trip.. Mum..Um.", He was red with embarrassment.
I laughed and rubbed the back of my neck.
"Yeah.. I'll say hello to her from you.. On that note who's hungry?"

"These peaches are sooo nice!!", Hannah chuckled and I smiled.
"Monkey knows best right?"
She giggled and nudged my shoulder.
"Nah you don't even know the ancient language!"
I laughed and went to grab another peach.
She went and out hands touched.
I pulled of blushing. I saw the blush across her face.
"So monkey? We've been friends for how long now?"
"Two months."
She nodded and smiled.
"And.. In that time your growing your hair out?"
I nodded and felt my growing hair.
"Yeah.. As you said, long hair would suit me."
She smiled and bit into a peach.
It dripped down her chin and she licked it of. I watched trying to stop my self from kissing her.
"So.. Wanna know what I learned in combat today?"
I shrugged.
"Well, I learned how to use my god powers to hit someone across a room.. What about you? Aren't you training to be head guard?"
I nodded and she giggled.
"Your cute when your happy..", she let out and I stare at her.
She bit into a peach again.
"Oh yeah?", I said leaning close to her.
She was red but didn't move away.
"How cute?", I said whilst licking my lips.
She squealed and leaned away blushing.
"I-I'm sorry!! I.. Ive never kissed anyone before.."
I smirked.
"I'll show you?"
She giggled and I leaned in and pecked her lips.. She wrapped her arms around my neck and we made out until we couldn't breath.
I finished of breakfast and rubbed my head.
Why was I only remembering this now?! I only started remembering before stone a few days ago..
I sighed and decided to see how my monk was doing.
"Monkey?", She yourned,"How long have you left me asleep?"
I smirked.
"Not long my monk.", I said and kissed her.
This felt nice.. Her lips like this.. Better than Hannah.
I pulled of and hissed at my self.
Shes dead and you love Tripitaka why is she in my mind like this?!
"What's wrong is it my breath?"
I shook my head.
"I'm remembering more of before rock Trip.."
She sighed and looked at me.
"Your remembering Hannah aren't you?"
I nod.
"It's annoying.. She died before my trial.. I'm starting to remember everything.."
She sighed.
"Do you wanna talk about it?"
I stared at my monk and shook my head.
"Are you sure?"
"It'll upset you again.. I don't want to upset you."
She smiled softly.
"It won't because I know you love me and that you loved her."
I sighed and kissed her hand.
"Ok.. I'll talk.. Me and Hannah had been together in secret.. She knew her father wouldn't allow it.I didn't mind.. He thought we where just friends.
She had been staying with us for 6 months.
Those where six months where I had fallen in love with her.. Or thought I had..Still adjusting to the idea I was tricked..
After we had.. Done stuff the last month, I was ready to propose a soul bond to her.. Soul bonds are a next step to marriage..", After I And said this a blush crossed her face.
"I-It's is?"
I gulped and nodded.
She giggled and nudged me to carry on.
"It doesn't get happier from here on Trip.."
"I know.. Just tell me please?"
"I walked into her room.. Nervous and ready and I found her... Dead.. Her wrists slit.. Her.. Her eyes dull and a suicide note on the side board..", I trialed of not wanting to say anything else.. I looked into her eyes and she gave me a small smile..
"I sobbed and held her on my arms for hours. The master found us and he cried to.
He read out the suicide note because it was written in the ancient language..It read... "dear my love monkey.. I am going to die and I want you to know I love you with every cell in my body.. It is not your fault I have died.. I love you and I'm sorry.."..", I couldn't carry on tears rolling down my cheeks af the horrible image of her.. It Doesn't make it better to know that she was killed by Hakuru aswell..
Trip stared at me and trailed a hand to my cheek.
"Oh.. Monkey.. I'm sorry.."
I smiled and realised I had been crying.
"That witch.. Forcing Hannah to take her own life.. And then Cursing me to fall in love with her?!", I snapped and she held me.
"Shhh... She's dead.. It's all in the past my love."
I looked up and smiled.
"Oh my monk.. I love you..For real.. No curse.."
She chuckled and kissed me.
"I know..", she whispered and rested her forehead on mine.
"We're really doing this today huh?"
I look into her brown eyes.
"Yeah.. We have to.. I don't want anymore wars.. Or meaningless violence.."
She sighed and kissed me.
"Yeah me to."

Kaedo POV
I ran my hand over my gadgets and looked up to see Jack waving to me.
I sighed and ignored him.
Does he reckon I'll forgive him?
He.. Betrayed me.. He.. Hurt me..
Just because the others have doesn't mean I should.. And anyway why am I still with them? I was only supposed to be joining them for a few days now it's been at least a week and 3 days.
"Kaedo.. You can't keep ignoring me! I want you to forgive me before I start my training..Please?"
I turn to see him.
His blondey-Brown hair flopped over his eye, and one half of his head shaved. His brown eyes staring into mine.
"J-Jack.. Please.. I.. Want to.. I just..", I trialed of.
I'm just a kid? I should be having fun and playing in the mud.. Not fighting with demons and gods..
"Please.. I beg you.."
I turned to see how genuine his plea was.
"Fine! I'm hurt ok?! I.. Don't like getting hurt.."
He smirked and sat down next to me.
"Yeah.. Sorry about it.. I don't expect you to forgive me instantly.. Just know I'm sorry."
I let out a light chuckle and stood up.
"Good.. Because I'm still mad at you..", I let out with a smile across my face.
"Ok.. Fine.. Come on we've got our jobs to do."

I helped four human rulers into jade mountain and sat them down trying to calm there nerves.
"A-Are you sure t-that t-the demons w-won't hurt u-us anymore?", One of them cowered. I scoffed. Some kings they are..
"Yes.. The good demons will not.. And the ones who won't change we are trying to get to change by peaceful measures.", I said and they all smiled to each other. They still moved there hands around and tapped the table with nervousness.
The demons sat across from them and smiled.
"So. Where is the Monkey king?", one of them asked and Jack sat down.
"He will be here soon."
We have told no one that Jack is monkeys son. All the demons just think he's a demon.
"Ok."
With that he walked in, Tripitaka trailing behind him.
He held her hands and she let go and sat down next to him.
I was leaning on the door frame now, crossing my arms.
"Ok.. Hello. I am the monkey king.. I'm not good at theses talks.. So.. I will let Tripitaka do the talking.."
He sat down and Trip stood up like this was rehearsed.
"Hello, I am Tripitaka.. You all have gathered here today to sign a peace treaty, this means peace between all your kingdoms.. Ok? No more wars, no more killing innocent humans, no more killing innocent Demons. Ok?", She said with grace and confidence. The demons looked like they where going to say something but monkey was glaring at them.
"Yes. That's good.. What about if a demon attacks first?"
"The demon rulers will deal with there criminals vise Versa, so if a human is being bad, you guys,", She motioned to the humans, "will deal with it, not the demons, and you guys,", She motioned to the demons, "will do the same with a human killing etc demon ok?"
They all nodded and she took out a slip of paper.
"What about the demons and humans who aren't signing? We're only half of them."
Monkey clicked his tongue.
"We're working on it."
All of them nodded and looked at Trip.
"We will all sign this, all of you, me and Monkey, Jack, and Kaedo."
I perked up.
"But I'm not a king?"
"Your a bounty hunter, you know of the demon killing humans and of the human killing demons.. You can help the peace..", She said and I walked up and waited for my turn.
Monkey signed first.
Then Trip, then Jack, then a demon ruler then a human ruler, etc.. Last it was my turn.. I took the feather and shakily out my name.
Kaedo Zef.
I put the pen down and looked up at them both.
"Welcome to the new age.. The age of Demons, Gods, and humans.", Monkey said and held Tripitaka hand.
They all looked down to it and then back up to him.
"Can we get with Demons or gods to? Or is that not allowed..", One of the humans said and Monkey laughed.
"Get with whoever you like asking as your not hurting anyone.", He said and the human rulers shrugged and walked out.
"We will discuss this more in two months time, Master Tripitaka and Master monkey.", A demon ruler said and they nodded.
"Ofcourse leader Drako."
Drako smiled and tipped his hat.
We heard Pigsy shouting at them to stay for his food. Jack laughed.
As soon as they left the room I exhaled a long breath, I don't know I was holding.
"Holy.. Sh-"
"We've done it!!", Trip Shouted and hugged monkey. He smiled and I could feel the love radiating of them. Jack looked lost and they pulled him in to.
"Come on Kaedo..", Monkey said and I looked at them.
"No. I'm not getting in a hug with you knucklehead."
He chuckled and grabbed me and pulled me in.
I welped and Soon felt the warmth of them.
I smiled and hugged Tripitaka.
I saw jack in the corner of my eye hugging his dad for dear life..
He was shaking and crying..
"Jack?"
He pulled of and rubbed his eyes.
"Y-Yeah?"
"You alright buddy?"
He smiled and nodded.
"Yeah.. I'm.. So happy.."
I smiled and hugged him.
"Same bro..Same."
He hugged back and I don't care if they where watching us.
I pulled of and rubbed her back of my neck.
"What now?"
"We spy on Pigsy and sandy.", Monkey said and all us guys chuckled. Trip rolled her eyes.
"Alright.. I'll come.", she smiled and monkey kissed her hand.
