today mattia would be coming over so we can work on the assignment, we finished our written part and all we need to do is make the dish. we decided to make a dessert because it's a more easier option and making a full meal is too much work, yes i know, we're lazy.

i opened the door and mattia was standing there with snow all over him, i should've let him in earlier.

mia: sorry, texting hector
mattia: so your love life is more important than school, alright
mia: he wanted to come over and i told him you were, don't be mad when you have hickeys all over your neck

i let him in and i went to the kitchen, getting mad at me for what, he never knows when to calm down or stop being a bitch.

mattia: so what do you have in mind
mia: we make cupcakes for each graduate and have their initials on it, like a personal cupcake with a cake pop. the cake pop will indicate if you receive an award or not, they will have different colors meaning an award or if they don't receive one, it'll be a plain color.
mattia: what if someone gets more than one
mia: we combine the colors, i'll send you a more detailed explanation

i took out every ingredient needed for the cupcakes and set them on the counter. i baked A LOT if it was for a family event, out of boredom or having fun with my mom or brothers.

mia: can you preheat the oven to 350
mattia: yeah
mia: and can you get started on the cake pops
mattia: yeah

mattia doing something? wow. i grabbed a bowl and whisked the oil, sugar, almond and vanilla extracts together. this was a recipe i knew at the top of my head so i knew i wouldn't mess up. every birthday my brothers had, i made them a cake with this recipe and they loved it. i put in the egg whites and sour cream, sour cream makes it fluffier and tastier.

i finished mixing and set it in the cupcake tray, mattia had just finished making the cake pops, he put them in the fridge and sat on the couch next to me.

mattia: we're definitely gonna be serving these at grad
