Chapter 13 . - Hardin's POV.

It seems like my mom likes Liv a lot and the rest of my family too. I felt my phone vibrate in my jacket and as I reached for my phone I felt the ring in my packet . I'm planning on proposing to Olivia tonight that's the reason I brought her to my home to meet my family. I saw my mom walk inside and she came to take her seat at the end of the table . Short after Liv came in the dinning room , is this the right time to propose to her ? No , I'll let her sit down first. She came walking to me and took her seat next to me . I reach for the box in my pocket and she leans I've to whisper in my ear .

" Can you take me home please ? " She ask me and I could tell in the tone of her voice that she wasn't feeling well .

" What's wrong ? " I whisper back in her ear .

" I just wanna go home right now please don't make me beg . " She whisper .

" We can go sleep in my room if you want to . " I say .

" No , please don't let me beg . " She says.

" Mom we have to leave . " I say and get out of my chair . I didn't wanna leave but I have to do it . Something probably came up.

" But you haven't eaten desert yet son . " Mother says .

" Something came up. " I say . Olivia got out of her seat and we walk out leaving our half eaten food on the table. Alexander got my car and I took Liv to the car , I opened the door for her to get in and I got in the drivers seat . I put the key in ignition and the car roars to life. I circled around the circular fountain before exiting the property. Halfway to Livy's apartment I look at her she haven't looked at me once , she gave been staring at the window hole damn ride . I put my hand on her thigh and gave it a gentle squeeze and her eyes she immediately faced me .

" What's wrong ? " I ask ask .

" Nothing, I was just uhm daydreaming. " She says and gave me a nervous smile.

" You know you can tell me anything you want . " I say and she nods. I love her and I really see a future with her . I wanna build a family with her and nothing will ever change my mind. I haven't felt thus way since Gianna. I know I've moved on quick but Olivia isn't like Gianna. Olivia was just after my money and fame , Olivia isn't like that she truly loves me . I look at her again and her head was against the window and her eyes were closed . She probably sleeping , I saw her apartment building a half a mile away . I drove down into the apartment building, the car stopped and I took out the keys and the car shuts down. I open her door and picked her up in my arms before locking the doors. I couldn't reach the elevator buttons but luckily there's was someone to offer me some help . I took the elevator up to her floor . When I got at her apartment I kicked against the door to and Anastasia came to open the door for us .

" She's sleeping. " I say quietly and took her to her room and laid her down on her bed . I took out a t-shirt from her closet and started undressingher before I pulled on her t-shirt. I covered her with the blankets after she was tucked in, I found a place to his the ring and I put under the pillow on my side of the bed . I took my shirt and jeans of before I got under the covers with her . I pulled her closer to me before I dozed off.

[ 6:00am]

I woke up before her as always , I'm not in the mood for work today but I have meetings to go to . I pulled my t-shirt over my head before I went to the kitchen to make some breakfast and coffee for me and the girls . I looked in the fridge and found eggs , sausages and bacon. I searched for a pan in the cupboards and found one in the upper cabinets. I made scrambled eggs , fried the sausages and bacon before I made toast . I heard footsteps and when I turned around and I saw Stassie and Livy walking towards me .

" Breakfast is ready . " I say and put the food on the island for them. They came to sit down .

" If you going to make us breakfast every morning you can move in with us . " Stassie jokes.

" Live what's on your mind. You look like something is bothering you. " I say .

" I'm fine just stop worrying about me. " She says .

After eating breakfast she went to take a shower and I joined her . After our shower nothing changed, she was still the same . Her reaction was the same every time I asked her what's wrong. We need to talk . When we got in her room I locked the door and made her sit on the bed .

" Look Olivia, if we not leaving this room until you tell me what's wrong with you. " I insist . " Is me ? Don't you wanna be with me anymore ? " I ask her knowing that it was a stupid question.

" Don't be silly Hardin of course I want to be with you. " She says.

" Them tell me what's wrong with you ? " I ask her again. I'm serious if she doesn't tell what's wrong now we not leavingthis fucking room . If she won't tell me what's wrong with her I can't help or try to solve the problem.

" Do you wanna go somewhere me and you alone ? " I ask her. Asking her what's wrong and she not telling me makes me frustrated. With each second if her not telling me what's bothering her makes me more frustrated. I'll do anything for her , I just want her to be happy and I can see that she's not happy now .

" God dammit just tell me Olivia. " I shout at her from frustration. " Sorry for shouting. " I say .

" I don't wanna cause unnecessary drama in your family Hardin. It's clear to me that your mom doesn't like me because if my history . " She spills .

" Fuck that, did my mom say anything to you ? " I ask her .

" She told me I'm not good enough for you. " She says.

That's enough it not the first time my mom did this and I had enough . I grab my jeans and got dressed and pull the t-shirt over my wet hair . I stormed out of the room .

" Hardin ! " Liv call after me.
