At Jeongjas house.

The two old ladies were sitting in the kitchen, drinking a cup of tea just like every other Wednesday evening.

Mrs.Cho sighed, placing her cup on the table.

"You haven't told him yet, have you?"

"No...I haven't" she sighed.

"Well...you know that time is running, right? He'll need time to actually understand the situation you're in....more like both of you..." said Jeongja, a serious expression on her face.

She was a good friend.

An old one, but good one.

She always had the best advices.

She was always there when you needed her.

Just like now.

"I know....but seeing him so happy after such a long time...I mean he is always happy....just like a sunshine but I mean....I've never seen him this happy..."

"Because of this guy? What was his name again?"

"Hyunjin"

"Ahh, right. I clearly get you point, Yeona. But you can't wait any longer....he's gonna find out anyways. And it will hurt him much more if he finds it out by himself than if you tell him about it."

"But I can't...It's so hard to do so....I love him so much...I can't be the reason he is going to suffer..."

She looked at her cup of tea.

It was still hot.

So hot that you could burn yourself.

Jeongja sighed.

It was a hard situation.

"He's going to be alone, Jeongja. I can't leave him alone...he's still so young...he needs me" the old lady looked up to her friend, sadness shining in her eyes.

"He isn't alone...he will never be...I know Seungmin...of course not as much as you do but I know that he's going to understand the situation...he isn't a boy anymore. He is on his way to a young and grown up man. And this....something like this...includes growing up. Hard situations. He'll have to face some of them in his own future...you're just making it harder...."

"You're right...I'll have to tell him....but not today...maybe tomorrow..."

Jeongja smiled heartely.

"And there is no chance that....you know that...."

"No...the the survival rate is at 3%" she smiled sadly.

"Have you been reading again on stupid internet sites?" scolded her friend.

"Maybe...but-"

"No! I told you not to do it...you have a chance-"

"No, I don't! There's nothing they can do anymore!" she said angrily as a few tears spilled out of her eyes.

Jeongja closed her mouth.

She felt bad.

She stood up and hugged her friend, trying to understand what she has to go through.

"I'm sorry..." she cried.

"Don't be....I am sorry...I'll support you till the end...just promise me to tell him..."

"I will"
