waking up in the morning next to klaus was the best feeling in the world. being enclosed in his arms the second you woke up made you so happy, and he felt the exact same happiness.
you two spent ages getting up to start the day, in which you spent at least an hour lying in bed and doing absolutely nothing. wrapped in each others arms and talking about the most stupid of things, and not even thinking of what the day could bring.
klaus was also much more mischievous in the mornings, constantly starting tickle fights with you. usually this would end up with both of you laughing until stomachs hurt and you accidentally kicking him while you tried to escape.
if it was more of a quiet morning you found yourself entwined in klaus arms, falling in and out of a peaceful slumber. klaus would trace your face with his fingers, repetitively saying;
