There's lots of firsts in a relationship so what are beck and jades?

Let's start the very beginning

The First time they met:

In the first week of Hollywood arts jade had scared off six boys who tried to talk to her and beck had rejected twenty one girls who begged him to date them

"Wow these girls here are really bad" he thought to himself running a hand through his hair while standing at his locker after he had rejected the 21st desperate girl. That was when he saw her, threatening a nice looking boy with scissors

"I told you not to talk to me!" She yelled while hovering her red scissors between the boys eyes "you know what will happen if you try to talk to me?"

He said nothing just shook his head nervously instantly regretting trying to talk to her in the first place

"This!" She exclaimed while chucking her scissors at the wall( where they stuck) opposite her which was by where beck was standing

Jade looked around the deserted hallway after the boy had run off whimpering only to make eye contact with beck who looked a little scared

"You know it's not nice to throw pointy objects are innocent people" he chuckled

"You know it's not nice to stare at people" she threw back at him not even smiling "is that all you do"

"No. I do a lot more" he grinned walking over to her locker. He was suddenly a lot more intrigued. This was the first girl this week who didn't desperately throw herself at him

"You're full of yourself" she said with a monotone voice while she slammed her locker shut

"No I'm beck. What's your name?" He asked sticking out his hand. He didn't expect her to return it based on what he had seen her do so far.

He was right she just looked down at it then back up at him

"Why would I tell you" She scowled

"Cause you're talking to me, which you don't do apparently" he reminded her grinning cockily again

"Fine...Jade" she said after a second. She still wouldn't return his handshake

First one to ask the other out:

Beck of course was the one to make the first move. There was no way she would ask him cause that would make her feel like a north ridge girl

He asked her out 19 times before she finally gave in to make him shut up because it was becoming more clear that he wouldn't take no for an answer

The first time he asked her was right after they met

"Sooo.. jade. How'd you like to get lunch sometime together" he asked hopefully

"Dude I barely know you. All I know about you is that your names beck so you're probably Canada or somewhere weird like that(no offence to Canada I'm Canadian)and you like staring at people so you really don't have much going for you for me to say yes"

"Ok fair fair." He said backing away with his hands up in mock surrender "can I at least get you number?"
"No!"

On his eleventh try he managed to finally get her number so he was making progress but she still wouldn't say yes

He was close to giving up but a little voice kept telling him to keep trying and that she was worth it. So he did

Finally on the nineteenth try a few days after the ping pong team had been made she turned to look him in the eyes
