Chapter 11: Back To The Metro

~7s POV~

It's strange bieng able to control my body finally, I mean, months of bieng controlled by my opposite personality, I missed bieng able to be myself. Leon helps me around, making sure I was doing ok every so often, and we go around the metro, freeing all the prisoners.

Some Octolings we freed would still be scared of me, so the others took over and helped them instead, but most of them forgave me as they knew that it wasn't the normal me who trapped them. Others though, they despised me. Some still hated me for executing people of their kind, and when I tried to apologise and explain everything, they only exited and didn't speak to me. I felt really bad for all that happened, but I couldn't change the past so I had to let go of what happened. After about 30 minutes, we had cleared all the prison cells. We all started to leave when I remembered about 3 people we still had to free. "Hey guys, there are still a few people to get. Is it ok if Tobi, Tobias and Marie come with me?" I ask. They all agree and we walk down to my office--well my alternate self's office at this point--whilst the others get on the helicopter. I use the fingerprint scanner and unlock the door, letting us all in. The first place I go to is the door on the left, since I remember them bieng in there.

I open it up, using the key pad and a couple tries of guessing the pass code. I'm the first to step in, and as I do, I see CQ and Iso Padre in the room. I automatically go to unlock them both as Tobias comes in and helps them out. "Sorry about trapping you here guys, I wasn't myself and I would never do that to you guys." I tell the freed creatures. "Thank you 7, now, can I take over the Metro again now?" CQ asks. We all laugh and Tobias tells him yes. "I mean yeah, you are the train conductor after all." He picks him up puts him on his shoulder. "Ah, 10,008, nice to see you again!" CQ tells him. Iso steps forward and places his conductor cap on his head and then taking out a small item and passing it to me. "I won't be able to forgive your alternate self, 7, but I can say thank you to the real you for saving me." He takes CQ from Tobias and leaves the room. "Let's go, friend." I hear Iso say as they leave to go to their train.

I smile, and then realise that there was still another to free. "This next person, please don't freak out. Any of you." I head toward the middle door, and start to open it. "Why would we freak out?" Marie asks. "Well, this is why..." I push open the door to reveal Tori. They all freeze, but soon after, Marie enters. "Tori? Is that really you?" Tori looks up and sees her, then nods and speaks. "Hey 2. Suprised?" With tears in her eyes, Marie then runs in and hugs Tori. Tori also starts to cry and closes her eyes. "I missed you so much." Tori speaks out. Marie then lets go and sits next to her, looking all over her. "I can't believe your alive, 13. But your so injured, how did this all happen?" But before she could answer, her siblings run in and shout sis at the same time. They hug her, and then all fall on the floor together. Tori rubs Tobias' hair--well, tentacles--messing it up, then kisses Tobi on the forhead. "You are here too?! Oh how I missed you company Tobias and Tobi!" They all sit up and embrace once more. I just kind of awkwardly stand at the door, trying not to interfere with the moment, but I had to at this point. "Ehem. We have a ride to catch..." The agents look up to me and all get up, Marie helping Tori since she was injured badly, probably from evil Tobi and I torturing her. "Didn't know you were here, 7. You gonna torture me?" Tori asks. I look down, embarrassed that she brought it up, but I reply anyway. "No, I came here to free you and apologise. I'm not evil anymore, I'm myself now, and I'm sorry for hurting you so much." She replies to me, saying, "Well, it's all fine now. I'm free and still alive, that's all that matters."

We all then walk toward the exit of the Metro. I see the helicopter in the distance, and for once more, I look back at the chaos I had created, before getting on and flying back to base with everyone, or our house, I can't remember which. The last thing I remember is resting my head in Leon's shoulder and falling asleep. I was exhausted from the fight with the team, and all I wanted was to sleep.

~Lukas' POV~

Marie comes over and sits beside a very concentrated me and Marina. I know she's there, but I continue with my work as Marina help me and also checking in on Pearl from time to time. "How's Pearl doing?" She asks. Marina replies, allowing me to continue with my work. "She's doing better, still worrying about Petra though. We know where she is, but don't know if she's, you know, alive. We are also working on seeing if the Pyramid still has any energy signitures, even though D took all the corruption out of the world, because if it does, another person could fix the weapon and fire it once again." "Ok, cool. Marina, do you mind taking over what Lukas is doing?" Marie asks her. She nods and takes the laptop out of my hand, kissing my cheek in the process. As I hear her typing away, Marie asks me a question. "So, Lukas. You've been pretty helpful with this mission and the last mission, how'd you feel about becoming becoming part of the Squidbeak Splatoon?" "I'd love to! Also, from what I have seen, the Pyramid is powerless, there is no way someone could try destroy the world with it again." I reply. Marie smiles at me, and tells me I'm agent 12 now, as well as applauds me for bieng a great help with the tech side of stuff. She then tells us to continue what we are doing as well as keep an eye on Pearl like we have been doing since the fight ended.

~8s POV~

I hold Cora's hand whilst sitting opposite Tobi and Tori. We all talk about the adventures we have had on our own accord whilst being separated and I make sure to add in the fact that me and Cora are married. Marie then walks over and joins in, changing the conversation topic to something different.

"So, you guys are triplets?" She asks. "Yes, we are. I mean, we are all also descendants from Octavio as well, so that's where we get our great fighting skills from." I reply. "You are Octavio's kids? You killed your own dad, sweetheart?" Cora was really confused and shocked at the same time. "You killed dad?" Tobi and Tori question at the same time. "You were agent 13?; you supposedly killed sis?; you have adopted sisters and a brother? We could do this forever!" I reply back, getting cut off by Marie who became impatient. "Well, we don't have forever, and you can continue this conversation later. Anyway, Tobi, since your brother and sister are both agents, wanna join the Squidbeak Splatoon as Agent 14?" She asks him. "Yeah, sure! I'd love to use my combat skills for the force of good, as well as get to fight along side my siblings!" He enthusiastically says. "Great! We'll get that sorted soon then. Tori, you'll need a new outfit since you haven't been an active agent for years now." Marie tells them. She then continues, "Also, Lukas is now an official agent. Agent 12!" "What about agent 10 and 11?" Cora asks her, speaking my thoughts. "Well, I feel that someone special will get those roles, and I feel that that will be soon, so I'm leaving them vacant for now." Marie answers her question. We all nod, conveying that we all understand. Afterwards, we continue the conversation we were having before, but soon enough, me and Cora are dropped off at our house. First place we go? The bedroom and kitchen.
